I use the spray tan booth. I usually go the Suwanee location which is close to my work and have been going to that location for a year. Unfortunately, at the store in Kennesaw, the spray tan does not develop. The last 3 times I have gotten a spray tan at the Kennesaw location, my tan has not developed normally. I always use the dark solution and mix with iolite. When the tan develops, it is barely a tan at all and what tan there is fades away in a day or so. I do not have this issue at all at the other location in Suwanee. I am used to developing a dark bronzy color that looks fantastic. I sadly cannot visit this location anymore and I do not recommend it to anyone. As well, I am a premium member and am supposed to get a 20% discount on products, specifically the bronzer solutions that you add to the spray tan solution, and this location refuses to give the 20% discount. I was told when I signed up with PBT a year ago that I would always receive the 20% discount at any location. Not the case in Kennesaw! Sadly, even if they did decide to give me the discount, I can no longer visit the most convenient location and have to drive 20 to 30 minutes to get the closest one to me, because the spray tan booth does not work.

I had the best experience with the lady who helped me with all the details of unfreezing. She was super patient and walked me through getting restocked on lotions and answering all my questions. Even when I came years ago, I've always had great experiences with the staff. They always give off a positive and helpful energy. That's partly why I never fully cancelled because my rate is great and I knew if I came back to the area, I'd be back here. The rooms, beds, and bathroom are always clean and the staff is very friendly.

Last year, I bought a package of gold visits, as well as platinum because I like to alternate beds during times when I'm tanning more often. Upon purchase of these visits, I was never told there was an expiration date, nor is there anything about an expiration date mentioned on their website where packages are listed. I end up using more gold visits than platinum and end up buying another block of visits for the gold bed. Again at this point, the employee that helped me didn't mention anything about visits on my account that would be expiring. So imagine my surprise when I receive an email stating all my visits had expired. Uhhh what? I called the location I'm used to visiting (Kennesaw), and they don't staff managers at this location, so nobody was able to help me. I submitted an inquiry on their website well over 6 months ago that I still haven't received a response from. I called the other location where I spoke with an employee named Kayla that told me the only way I could get those lost tabs back is if I purchased an new package (she would be able to add them back then). The last thing I felt was fair was to give more money to the people I feel stole from me. I brought it to her attention that the website doesn't mention any expiration date, and I guess they don't care because the website still doesn't inform people about this. When I told her I was never informed there was an expiration on packages when I purchased it, she told me that the two times I tanned at the salon during unstaffed hours, the computer I logged into would have that information available somewhere. So wait, it's the clients responsibility to find out there's an expiration date, but not an employees responsibility to communicate that to a client? Very frustrating. So fast forward to last week, I decided to go back, now knowing those tans would expire in 6 months. Upon arrival, my husband and I both wanted to purchase packs of 12, and the girl working this day said I would also have to pay $15 to have my fob reactivated. Sorry, this feels a little like stealing again, so we left without purchasing tans, and I retuned my fob, as I won't be giving them another chance. And as of today, the website hasn't been updated to reflect the expiration period on packages purchased.

They discuss tanning options with you and suggest the type of tan and preparation you need to get the most out of your experience. I have had several compliments from others on my tan from each of my visits. Most of the comments come in the form of, "You look great! What did you do differently?" to "You look so much younger!" I went again before I went on a cruise and decided to try her airbrush contouring--I looked so fit! (If only those airbrushed muscles were real!
