(I forgot her name ‍) but the owner was so informative and polite! She gave me lots of information on regular tanning and spray tanning. I had an appointment at 5pm to get it done. Due to circumstances out of her control, the lady was running a little bit late but I didn't mind. My tan looks AMAZING! I have never had a spray tan look as good as this one does. My skin looks natural and glowing. Definitely will be coming here for all my tanning needs! And I will definitely trust her to do my spray tan before my wedding as well!!!

My search quickly led me to Radiance Therapy Tanning. I walked in and was immediately impressed with cleanliness and friendliness of Radiance. I met Kim, the owner, who helped me select the color and depth of my spray tan. It sounds complicated, but she made it so easy! We went through a quick demo before I began, which was highly helpful. The booth was neatly stocked with towels, wipes and lotion - all the things you need to prepare for your spray tan and clean up afterwards. Even though the spray tan takes a few hours to develop, I noticed immediate color. Hallelujah and Spring, here I come! Before I left, Kim reviewed my after-care. I have had a number of spray tans over the years and Radiance is by far the nicest salon I've ever visited. I highly recommend! By the way, this spot is in Kroger shopping center, so parking is ample and convenient.

Last year, I bought a package of gold visits, as well as platinum because I like to alternate beds during times when I'm tanning more often. Upon purchase of these visits, I was never told there was an expiration date, nor is there anything about an expiration date mentioned on their website where packages are listed. I end up using more gold visits than platinum and end up buying another block of visits for the gold bed. Again at this point, the employee that helped me didn't mention anything about visits on my account that would be expiring. So imagine my surprise when I receive an email stating all my visits had expired. Uhhh what? I called the location I'm used to visiting (Kennesaw), and they don't staff managers at this location, so nobody was able to help me. I submitted an inquiry on their website well over 6 months ago that I still haven't received a response from. I called the other location where I spoke with an employee named Kayla that told me the only way I could get those lost tabs back is if I purchased an new package (she would be able to add them back then). The last thing I felt was fair was to give more money to the people I feel stole from me. I brought it to her attention that the website doesn't mention any expiration date, and I guess they don't care because the website still doesn't inform people about this. When I told her I was never informed there was an expiration on packages when I purchased it, she told me that the two times I tanned at the salon during unstaffed hours, the computer I logged into would have that information available somewhere. So wait, it's the clients responsibility to find out there's an expiration date, but not an employees responsibility to communicate that to a client? Very frustrating. So fast forward to last week, I decided to go back, now knowing those tans would expire in 6 months. Upon arrival, my husband and I both wanted to purchase packs of 12, and the girl working this day said I would also have to pay $15 to have my fob reactivated. Sorry, this feels a little like stealing again, so we left without purchasing tans, and I retuned my fob, as I won't be giving them another chance. And as of today, the website hasn't been updated to reflect the expiration period on packages purchased.

If all you want to do is walk in and tan, though- he's happy to help! The experience is very streamlined and easy. I just relocated to the area, and was looking for somewhere exactly like this! I was signed up and in my tanning bed within 10 minutes (not including the time I spent picking the owner's brain about how it all works). They have new beds, change the bulbs often (my bed had only 60 hours on the bulbs), a wide selection of tanning oils and lotions, and an overall pleasant experience. They've also got some GREAT deals going on, and are willing to help you out with per-visit paying. Great business!
