The few days before the installer called and wanted to come a day early which was the 4 of July, I said not a problem, I did tell him we need some floor prep I wanted to make he was aware. now the day of installation the head guy comes in crazy like he did not know we had to prep the floors ,this is more work then he was told , now he is telling me it is going to cost me $5000 more if I wanted it done right , well of coarse I want it done right but I am not spending $5000 more .I have a estimate already and a contract for a specify amount , $5000 is more then the Floor product cost . let me mention this is only 1000 sq ft area. so after 1 hour of going back and forth trying to get these guys to do the floors, they left the JOB. Since it was a holiday, I had no one to speak with , so the following day I told Britts my experience, they apologized for this told me they will talk with the installer, they never offer to get another installer out, I never hear don't worry we will make this right for you, " Just I am sorry this happened." so I said just charge me for the floor material I will find an installer, they delivered the floor to my house . I am very disappointed with their follow through on this I guess they are so busy right now losing a long time customer doesn't matter.

We made a choice but then changed our minds and Jeff was cool with that. He said we could shop for our own material since we wanted the work done quickly. He credited us for the materials and arranged installation. Jeff's installed was phenomenal and extremely efficient while maintaining quality standards. We built our home 2 years ago. We sacrificed money we really couldn't afford and "upgraded" our…read morecarpet and were also told to NOT get the best padding because the doors would not shut (we could have shaved them down!!). Now it's like walking on cement!! The carpet turned out to be the WORST carpet we've EVER had in our lives. We complained and they sent an "expert" to come look at it. He spent hours at our home and concluded that because there was hair wrapped around our vacuum, it was OUR fault. The carpet is not even stain resistant!! Our neighbors also used them (same builder) and they got the standard carpet, which is 10x better than our "upgraded" carpet, and still looks nice after over 3 years. Ours looked TERRIBLE after 6 months and it has absolutely NO knap whatsoever!!! They did not and do NOT stand behind their products and they don't really even care! Secondly, there were some areas in my shower that needed re-grouting (they didn't do a good job). They came and re-grouted in the WRONG COLOR grout!! They used the dark grout we chose for the floor tile, instead of the shower color (way lighter) grout!! I told them about this and they said they would fix it and NEVER DID! It looks really bad and now it's my problem to fix it. I see it every day and it makes me very upset! Thirdly: Our tile is cracking EVERYWHERE in the house!! The kitchen!! The living room!! They just do horrendous work! I could not be more disappointed!! I highly recommend staying AWAY from this company!!!

They fixed the initial problem but after 2 1/2 years, every room has buckles in the carpet. It was either bad carpet or bad installation, or both. Carpet was not power stretched which seems to be required in Florida. Very disappointed with our new carpet. Byers beware.
