This also means they will be extra attentive so you will spend at least an hour here. If you're in a hurry, you should order to go or order from the cafeteria side of the restaurant. The food: The food is prepared by the culinary arts students. Sometimes it will blow your mind, other times it will be just okay. Be patient, they are learning and the cool part is you get to be part of the process. You will get your monies worth, no matter what. But I'm vegetarian: There isn't always a vegetarian item on the menu, but the students are always happy to accommodate your needs. Just let them know what you can and can't eat, but be clear. We hardly learned anything,the program charged us for things we didn't even do in class for example bleach trays, digital charting because she choose for us not to do them.
