Whenever I made a mistake, the instructor calmly explained what I could do better instead of making me feel nervous, which really helped me improve. Scheduling lessons was also convenient, and communication with the school was smooth. By the time I finished my lessons, I felt much more confident and prepared for my driving test. The man had me sit down to take the…read moreknowledge test and the woman came out and told him in their language to tell me they're closed. Mind you it was 1 pm. So I came in the next day and the woman had me switch seats because she thought I would cheat. She made me switch seats twice! And warned me that there was cameras everywhere (my phone was with her so there was no way that I would cheat, not that I would anyway) after I took the test one of the men that works there (the one who sat me down the first time) is who graded my knowledge test. The woman had walked out to the front part of their office as I was walking out after I had been informed that I passed the test. The woman looked me up and down and said you finished your test fast and I said yes I did and then she said did you pass and I said yes, and she had the nastiest look on her face and then told me not to forget my ID again as I had forgot it on the table the day previously because I was told to take it out for my test and then told to get up so suddenly, it had slipped my mind that I had set it on the folder they gave me. A couple days later, I called and tried to make an appointment for my drivers test, and the woman was being so sweet and accommodating, and then she asked if I had came in before and I told her who I was and her tone changed immediately and she told me that they had no availabilities Because their staff went on vacation. She's an older African woman my mom's age. I was never expecting her to treat me like this seeing as I was so respectful to her and being African myself I had even a little bit more respect for her as my elder I don't know if there's some kind of jealousy or Maybe she doesn't like Ethiopians. I'm not quite sure what the deal is there I was born in America, so I don't really know the politics over there, but please don't waste your time coming to this business. They are extremely unprofessional extremely rude. They're not clear on what their hours are and you're not able to make appointments. There's way better places near there to do your knowledge and skills test. I never write reviews like this because I know how detrimental it can be to someone's business, but I've never been treated like this and I don't want anybody else to go through what I went through at that place. Save your time. Save your money.

I would strongly recommend taking your beginner riding course somewhere else…read more I paid $380 for the Beginner Riding Course because the description clearly stated that no previous riding experience was required, aside from having the proper gear. I expected a course designed for true beginners, but that was not my experience. On the first day, I had some difficulty with certain exercises, which I think is normal for a beginner, but I never crashed, fell, or dropped the bike. Multiple other students did. On the second day, I dropped the bike once and was immediately asked to leave. I received no refund, credit, make-up session, or transfer for the portion of the course I could no longer complete. The instructor later told me I needed to practice on my own and essentially pay to take the beginner course again. When I asked whether the second day I had already paid for could transfer over, she said no and called the course an "investment." I agree that training is an investment, which is exactly why I paid for professional beginner instruction in the first place. Being told to gain experience on my own before retaking a course advertised as requiring no previous experience made no sense to me. I also felt singled out during the course. The instructor repeatedly asked whether I was a software engineer and said she would explain things differently if I were because software engineers supposedly think in black-and-white terms. Afterward, I noticed many other reviews from women who said they also felt singled out or treated differently. I came away feeling similarly, including because of my gender and race. I can't speak to anyone's intentions, but that was genuinely my experience. I also saw multiple reviews describing the course as a "scam" or saying the company seemed more focused on money. After being removed after one mistake, receiving no credit or refund, and being told to practice independently and pay again, I understand why people feel that way. I felt the same. Beginner riders are going to make mistakes. I would have learned much more by being allowed to safely get back on the bike, understand what I did wrong, and try again. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else for your motorcycle training.

Miss Casey and Miss Emily in the infant classroom are total sweethearts!…read more They show all the children so much love and care, my son is always in a good mood for both drop off and pick up, he's so excited to see the teachers and the other kids. They are always super on top of diaper changes and feeding and naps, we get updates throughout the day and I never have to worry about my son while he's there. They are also great about doing lots of enriching activities with the kids, way more than I would be able to do or even think of myself, and they are really good about supervising the interactions between the kids so they get to experience positive social interactions with other babies. I believe the entire experience has been really good for my son's development and I'm incredibly happy with and grateful for the teachers, primarily Miss Emily and Miss Casey, although all the other teachers and helpers I've met have been awesome as well. It's definitely the most expensive childcare option in the area that I've seen but so far I've felt it's worth it, in large part thanks to the quality of teacher they are able to afford.

Leaving him all day is the hardest, but knowing he has teachers there who genuinely care about how he is and what he is learning makes it so much easier! There are days that I get there to pick him up from school and he says he doesn't want to leave!!! Every teacher is the perfect blend of professional and compassionate and are really great at getting to know your child. We attended a parent-teacher conference and they had put together a whole portfolio of his art and what they'd been learning to show his progression over the time he's been there. Amazing school. Amazing people. Wish we'd found it sooner!!

To drive the track solo under their HPDE track days, they required me to take their "One Day High Performance Driving" class which entailed a morning "street skills" session followed by an afternoon coached "on track" session. It's not until a second track day where they clear you for "full solo" driving. It's an expensive initial buy-in, but makes for nicer track days (compared to other sanctioned companies). The instructors are all friendly and willing to chat with you when they're not running around coaching others. Very concerning experience on our child's first day. Accidents happen, but the lack of…read morecommunication and handling of the situations was unacceptable. My baby was injured while in their care. The teacher's explanation of how it happened did not match the severity of his deep cut and bruising. When I asked them to check the cameras, the footage showed the incident happened differently than what we were told. The daycare should have reviewed the footage themselves and properly communicated the injury. They also ignored clear feeding instructions. I left clear written instructions for feeding my infant, who was not to have solids and yet they fed him pizza when he had never had dairy or wheat. He had an allergic reaction that the staff did not notice, I noticed it when I picked him up. Had I arrived later and not immediately taken him to the hospital, it could have been much worse. Despite having an app specifically for parent updates, there was very little communication about his first day or these incidents. The lack of communication, organization, and failure to follow basic instructions made us completely uncomfortable continuing care here. I would strongly caution other parents to pay close attention to other reviews sharing similar experiences, I wish I had paid closer attention to those warnings.
