I paid in full and on time for the root canal. Today I had an issue with that same tooth and I recalled Dr. Yasir Siddique (who performed my root canal) telling me "If you have any issues with that tooth, please call US back so we can help you out." I took this as kind and genuine customer service, but it was a total ploy. I went in today with pain to that tooth, got an appointment scheduled, sat in the chair, had a tech come over and eliminate the issue, all within a span of 2 minutes. Sounds good, right? Nope. This office is in the business of price gouging you for services at every turn. I was told multiple times to get an X-ray of the tooth that I had an issue with "to make sure it was not part of the problem". I declined the X-ray, thankfully. I then went to the front of the office where they told me I would be charged for the service today. After pleading with the people at the front of the office, they asked Dr. Siddique if they could waive the fee from today's visit. He told them no, because the appointment today had nothing to do with the tooth... but I thought he wanted me to get an X-ray to make sure it was not the tooth... Which one is it? Save your time and money and go somewhere that cares about you and your health, not just what is in your wallet.

This is the second root canal that I have had to have performed over my lifespan and this most recent experience has given me a whole new positive view on the procedure based on the experience I had. My experience during my procedure did not fall short of my friend's recommendation. Dr. Biron and his assistant were very accommodating, compassionate, friendly and professional during the entire process, not to mention the facility was immaculate. She rudely told me that that is not her responsibility. (I called several places before this one and they were all HAPPY to help me). Thinking about how that awful conversation went, I called back to speak with someone higher up then her that would maybe be able to help me. She answered the phone "HI ELIZABETH" (saw my name on caller ID) and told me that she IS the higher up. I nicely asked her what her name was and she refused to give it to me. I then asked to speak with Dr Biron (which I knew he was most likely busy) and asked what a good time was to call back to speak with him. She said I couldn't speak with him. And the phone went silent. Assuming she hung up on me. If anyone knows the women working the front desk's name, please add it in the comments. People should know how rude she is. She should not be working in customer service speaking to people like that. I was eager to get into the office to get my work done and now I would NEVER recommend anyone to this place. So I did. When I called back they said i could come in and have xrays done this month in June but get the cleaning in January (7 months away). I said I'm 33 weeks pregnant and can't get X-rays. She said that's their policy. No cleaning without X-rays. I don't see why that's necessary. I'm not getting a cavity filled. It's just a cleaning and it's not safe for my baby. Regardless if I did get the X-rays, a lot will change in 7 months and I'm sure they'd say I'd have to get more X-rays then.
