This place is unreal. I've been coming here for a few years now and it's definitely declining in quality. I don't know if they changed ownership or what, but the last 2 visits I had were terrible. The hygentists used to be quick, thorough, and minimal splash with the water pick. The cleaning I got a few weeks ago took about 5 minutes and I felt like I just ran through a sprinkle system. And the safety goggles were scotch taped. Talk about budget. I came in today to get a filling fixed and the dentist and hygentist both took more interest in watching the Today show than the drills that were in my mouth. If he didn't already make a gaping hole in my tooth at that point, I would've gotten up and walked out. As if that wasn't irritating enough, the receptionist who checks you out, looks at you like you're interrupting her wawa grape and cheese breakfast, which she continues to eat while on a personal phone call on their office line. Before these past 2 visits, I would've given 5 stars. But I think the staff they've got on hand now has driven them down. Convenient hours and location (on my way to work), but will find another office to go to in the future. read more

I had the most pleasant and thorough cleaning ever here in summer 2022. They are pretty lax on appt scheduling however.

UNPROFESSIONAL. INCONSIDERATE. BAD BUSINESS. POOR COMMUNICATION. There are other dentists out here that value their patients' time so please don't waste your time with this office! I scheduled a dental appointment 6 months ago at my last appointment. They reached out via text to confirm my appointment for today (Thursday, June 10th at 10:45am) 2 days ago, I texted back and they sent me a second text CONFIRMING my appointment again. I was running late at 10:40am and decided to notify the office before my appointment time. I specifically said to the receptionist or whoever answered the phone "IF I WILL NEED TO RESCHEDULE, LET ME KNOW NOW BECAUSE I DO NOT WANT TO DRIVE ALL THE WAY THERE AND NOT BE SEEN." She reassured me that I had a 15 minute grace period and that I should proceed to the office. I arrived about 8 minutes later (10:48am). I parked and paid for the meter to only find out that the doors to the office were LOCKED at 10:54am. I was confused because I just spoke to someone not even 20 minutes ago. At that point, I'm calling the office LIVID. Apparently, All About Dental is only open on Wednesdays and Fridays. When were y'all going to reach out to patients that scheduled months in advance to inform them that y'all weren't accepting appointments on Thursday? Who made the scheduling error? Whoever is in charge of the scheduling and appointment confirmations needs to do better or be fired because stuff like this is intolerable. I could've been doing something else with my time!! Not only did I waste my time, but I wasted gas and money on a parking meter! Of course, the office didn't care about that. This all could have been avoided if the operator or receptionist or whoever answered the phone would've been knowledgeable about the hours of operation.This is unacceptable business practice. As I'm sitting here in my car, writing this review, I'm watching other patients walk up to a closed business so I'm assuming I'm not the only person this happened to. The apologies were not genuine and I'm sure whoever I was speaking to could care less about what I was saying because they did little to nothing to correct the issue. Probably one of the worst experiences by far, very unprofessional, didn't listen closely and put in wrong information at the start, had to call me 3 times because they kept making mistakes, waited last second to call me to tell me my insurance wasn't right when I've used the same card and number for years including when my insurance recommended me them, would not recommend going here at all read more

Every single time my husband has an appointment scheduled MONTHS in advanced, they call the day before to cancel and reschedule. This is happened over and over. We plan these appointments in advanced, get a babysitter, and take off a work for them just to call and reschedule. NOT WORTH YOUR TIME. They genuinely don't care about the care of their patients. this awful place should be renamed to be "all WRONG about dental care", as it reminds you about how dental was in the 19th century. When I arrived last month, I was greeted by an empty front desk for 10+ mins with no one showing up. The dentist was very rude and unprofessional, the only thing she keep requesting from you is "Open Open" like you were a alligator that can keep your mouth open for hours. If i could leave a no star review i would. My children will not be returning to this place. My son who has special needs would not allow them to do work in his mouth. They were told about his special needs prior to appointments. He had a full blown melt down and we left the office. This was about a month after they did work for the first time on him and now has anxiety over going there. 6 months later i am being charged for what they call "behavior management". Not a 25$ charge either $145. We will be going to another place that takes kids with special needs into consideration. read more

Been coming to this dentist office for several years, but for the past 2 years, every appointment my husband or I have had has been canceled at the last minute. Even when scheduling months in advance, I'm forced to change my work schedule around at the last minute EVERY.SINGLE.TIME. At my last appointment the Dr was a pushy salesman trying to sell me braces that I don't need. Last straw was that after waiting 9 months for an appointment and yet another last minute reschedule, I showed up and they wouldn't even see me because I'm pregnant. Can you at least just clean my teeth, especially since pregnancy makes you more susceptible to dental issues? Nope! Should have left this office years ago. read more

I've been going to this office for years and never had any issues until this past year. I don't know if they are under new management or having staffing issues because of COVID or what, but my appointment has been cancelled at the last minute four times over the past two and half months. First they changed their hours so they were only open on Fridays, then they changed it again so they were open Wednesday and Friday, but they still kept cancelling because they said they didn't have anyone available to see me! If no one is available, why are you making appointments on those days? The third time they rescheduled me I told them I have a crack in my tooth and I need to see someone, so they got me in for a week later (Feb 11th), but then they called me to reschedule for a FOURTH time and they can't get me in until the end of March! And they said nothing about the crack so clearly the last person I talked to did not note it in my file. I can't imagine them staying open much longer if they continue to treat their clientele this way. I am personally never going back and I don't recommend anyone else to go there either. read more

Ok i dropped my lower denture from countertop- it broke in half! Last lower denture lasted 12 years, many accidental drops. Never once broke. This piece is new, within 1 yr and split i half! I called immediately as emergency as i am unable to eat and do not go in public without my lower piece in place. They diud not schedule me for 2 weeks. My gums are so raw from tryig to eat without bottom teeth, and i look like im 80 in public; toothless lower jaw! I do NOT RECOMMEND THIS OFFICE!!! It took months to get my teeth made, very unusual, just to break, and cause mouth pain and other issues. They did not try to reach me as I requested if other cancelations occurred, and did Not consider NO BOTTOM TEETH AN EMERGENCY!! It is a failure to supply faulty dentures, and not set immediate appt, as every other office does. They seriously make it immpossible to call them and get to a live receptionist BUT they are a small office/ businness and should be easily contacted. read more

This is a horrible office! Firstly they take forever to answer the phone and when they do answer, its like they feel pain to communicate with you. The first time I visited I almost walked out because the first impression was a turn off. The water fall they had up front was not working but was standing there dirty looking and there was an old computer just sitting there. The front desk staff talks to you without even looking up at you and the dentist was not very friendly either. I saw this office while leaving another office in the bldg, the girl at the front desk was clearly clueless about her job, she asked me if my insurance was through my employer, I stated yes... as she continued to put the info in, she was stumped about how to put my insurance in and as she asked a coworker for help, she asks me, are you sure your insurance isn't through the government??? AKA welfare.... I said ma'am I am a teacher, I already told you it was through my employer... I tell her that I am pregnant as well and just wanted to have a cleaning,she told me to get a letter from my OB....I've worked in medical offices in the past and I should have went with my instincts about this place, however I book the appt, show up today, fill out 5 pages of paperwork, give my clearance letter from my OB, just for someone to come out and say, because you are pregnant we cant do anything for you, I ask abt just a cleaning, she says no, not without an xray.. I say ok why wouldnt they tell me that when I made the appt??????? I get the dumb face, you know what give me my paper work, I dont even want you all touching me at this point.... this is the one time I did not read the reviews on a new place and low and behold after the appointment, i look up the shithole and find the same type of reviews on yelp! If I could give 0 stars, I would. This place is terrible and it is unbelievable how unprofessional the staff is. From the very beginning of my orthodontic treatment, Allied Orthodontics has been very difficult to schedule with, to work with and to deal with. They are only in the office every other week of the month, and only on Tuesday and Thursdays. This means they are only open 4 times a month, with a limited time window for each day at that. It is very difficult to schedule or to reschedule appointments with them because of this. Additionally, every single week it seems, there is a different doctor in the office who has no actual prior knowledge of the patient's treatment. Very unprofessional and hard for all these different doctors to be on the same page. From personal experience: I had an appointment set for 3:00 one day and the office left a voicemail hours prior to the appointment stating that the office would be closed due to no doctor being in the office. VERY, very short notice and it was extremely inconvenient--as this appointment was already a rescheduled appointment for the last month that was rescheduled due to the weather. With the shortage of doctors in addition to the limited days that the staff is even in the office, it is impossible to be even remotely satisfied with this place. And in addition to all of this, they don't seem to be able to handle money as well as they should be able to. I have had issues concerning money and payments with them before. Again, just very unprofessional and hard to work or communicate with. I'm baffled that an office and a practice that works like this is still in business. Please save the trouble of going through actual hell and go ANYWHERE else for your orthodontic treatment. read more

I have been going to this office for a year now. I have been to the office at least a half a dozen times in that year and the entire staff has been fantastic. Dr. Morgan has moved on but the new dentist is just as good. He is very thorough and explains every option in detail. There has never been an unreasonable wait in the waiting room or the examination room. Everyone is very friendly and professional. I would strongly recommend this office. read more

I've been going there for 3 years now each time I call no one answers the phone. Then finally when I can leave a message no one gets back to me. They are not professional. They are not friendly and the girls who check you in DO NOT know what they are doing! I continually get bills for things I already paid for and services I am completely covered for. The place looks very nice once you walk in but that's where it ends. The staff are so impersonable and have the ability to make you feel like you're a nuisance. The Doctor did not say more than a few words before he stuck his hand in my mouth. He then told me what I would need done and to schedule a time to return. He then left the room abruptly without saying another word. No "have a nice day" or anything. These people come off as rude! I left the office in way more pain than when I came in, and this is without having any procedure done. I just had x rays and a temporary filling placed. He was very rough.
