Dr. Kim was recommended to me by my aunt and several cousins, they all had good things to say so I decided to give her a try. I called and got an appointment with ease. Today, my hygienist was very thorough and seemed to take the time to hear my concerns as did Dr. Kim. As we all know dental work can be very costly but, after expressing my concerns about that to Dr. Kim she set up a plan and prioritized what needed to be done. It was a very pleasant feeling to leave there not discouraged for a change and feeling like there is a light at the end of the tunnel!

I had cleaning every 6 months or a yearly, I had X-rays when they said I was due. No one said I had a cavity or any issue with my teeth. In 2026 I was there for a routine cleaning and when the dentist came in, he said I needed to replace that same crown. I asked him why? it's not that old? He said it's not fitting correctly. I called the office and asked them to send me the x-rays. I told her my problem and she suggested I have a consultation with the owner, which I did a couple days later after that cleaning. He said I have a cavity under that crown. I asked why didn't your dentist tell me that, I was just here a couple days ago. He said he will talk to him. I question if I have a cavity there, I really do! The office called me and said the the owner would discount a price of a new crown and charge $420. He did not take responsibility that the crown was not put in properly in 2023. It was nothing I did or didn't do. When I got home I spoke to my husband, who is a retired dentist, he looked at the x-rays and said if I have a cavity there it is likely due to the open margin of the crown. He said it was not seated correctly. My insurance will not pay for a crown that is 3 years old. I would not go back to that office now even he said he will replace it at no charge. One doc said nothing about a cavity, two days later another doc said I have a cavity!! I lost my trust in them. I rather pay elsewhere and have it done correctly. They lost me and my uncle as patients.

They took her back (and asked me if I wanted to join, I declined) and did what they needed to do. When they were done, they asked me to come back; the dentist and the hygienist was there with my daughter. They both asked me if I had any questions, and told me she was doing great. They told me what to expect with what teeth were still to grow in, etc, and that she should continue to do what she's doing. I felt very reassured about her oral health. My daughter said they had asked her the same questions and told her the same information before I had gotten there. *Because of the coronavirus pandemic, when we had gotten there, they all had reassured us of the sanitation of their facility and asked us if we had any concerns.

They are thorough and kind and cater to cowards, but I have never felt more deceived. I had been complaining of sensitivity for long periods of time, and was told there was general discoloration on my fillings. A cracked filling was evident, and I was told that it was just some discoloration again. I see another dentist soon after and I find out there is visible tooth decay in multiple places caught with the naked eye and on the x-ray. Cavities that were not correctly identified may have caused the need for a future root canal. Sensitivity laser treatment was recommended time and time again, which I even considered despite the cost. If I had stayed longer, I would be out hundreds of dollars with no relief and implants needed most likely.

During the same phone call, I specifically asked the receptionist to confirm that both my wife and I were still scheduled for 10:00 AM on June 27, because I wanted to make sure we weren't accidentally booked on different dates. The receptionist clearly confirmed that both appointments were at 10:00 AM. However, when we arrived today, I was called in for my cleaning first. After I finished, I noticed my wife was still sitting in the waiting room. When I asked why she hadn't been called, the front desk told us that she wasn't scheduled for today at all and that her appointment was supposedly next month. We were completely confused because we showed them the appointment confirmation text message, which clearly stated June 27 at 10:00 AM. Even after seeing the confirmation, the receptionist simply said they didn't know why it happened. This is extremely unprofessional. It appears that this office changed my wife's appointment without notifying us. This isn't even the first time they've tried to change our appointment--they had previously called asking to reschedule, but we declined. Somehow, despite that, they still ended up separating our appointments without our knowledge. We planned our schedules around these appointments and booked them six months in advance, only to have one of them changed without any notice. This shows a serious lack of organization and respect for patients' time. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I cannot recommend this dental office.

I drove 1.5 hours to my appointment, checked in, and waited 45 minutes before the front desk finally told me that my appointment had been moved to July. No one called, texted, or emailed me to let me know it had been changed. The receptionist just kept saying she wasn't the one who made the appointment and there was nothing she could do. No one offered a solution or even tried to fit me in. What disappointed me the most was that the dentist never came out to explain what happened or apologize.
