It's about 6 rounds or so and just over 2 hours long. Your dinner party (although you don't have to eat to play) is your team. People come up with funny team names. There is a nightly prize but points are added up for the month as well for a grand prize. It's mostly general knowledge type questions with a slant towards sports, pop culture, history. There's bonus questions too which gives your team a chance to win a free pitcher of beer. There's usually a picture identification round and sometimes an audio round where you have to guess the song snippets. Also, no phones allowed during gameplay.

I can attest that this is right there with a standard pub in a small town. Which makes it wonderful. The people that run the place, especially Paul, is one of the reasons why I keep coming back here. He's personable, funny, and no-nonsense right. I like his way of thinking and his approach to customer service a second to none. Now let's talk about the food and drinks. From a drink standpoint. You cannot go wrong with this place, the drinks are thoughtfully made, this guy knows how to pour a beer. As far as food goes. I highly recommend the beefeater sandwich, and you cannot go wrong with the chicken wings. Some of the best wings I've had ever. Friday and Saturday nights is usually popping pretty hard when they have bands playing. So, good luck trying to find a seat anywhere in the place. When there is an event that night. She appeared to be in her early 20s, around 5'3", with light/blondish hair and light-colored eyes. I'm only including the description so management knows who I'm referring to. My brother and I were seated and ordered coffee. Our waitress brought it, but no creamer or spoon. I asked for both; she brought the creamer but never brought the spoon. More importantly, she never came back to take our food order. A couple was seated literally right next to us, and the same waitress took their order, brought their drinks, and continued attending to them while completely overlooking us. I even said "Excuse me" three times as she walked away, and she never acknowledged me. Eventually, we decided to leave. My brother specifically told another woman working there that we wanted to pay for our coffees, and she told us, "It's okay, don't worry about it." As we were walking out, our waitress suddenly came running behind us, apparently thinking we were leaving without paying. The other woman had to tell her it was okay because she had already told us not to pay. I can't say for certain why we were treated differently, but my brother and I are Hispanic, and we both left feeling discriminated against. We couldn't help but notice that the table directly next to us received attentive service while we were repeatedly ignored. Then being chased as we left--after we had offered to pay--only made that feeling worse. I do want to thank the woman who told us not to worry about paying for the coffee. We absolutely intended to pay for it, but I appreciated her kindness and the gesture. I just hope management speaks with our waitress and reminds her that every customer who walks through that door deserves the same level of service and respect. We came in intending to sit down, order breakfast, pay for our meal, and enjoy our morning just like everyone else. Unfortunately, we never even got that opportunity. It's 2026. No one should walk into a restaurant and leave feeling discriminated against. Everyone deserves the same kindness and respect. We ended up going to another restaurant nearby, where we received wonderful service and happily left our waitress a 20% tip. Kindness and respect really do make a difference.

Ray, the owner of The Irishman, went above and beyond for our family during a very difficult time…read more We recently gathered to honor the life of a dear family friend who had been a longtime regular at The Irishman, and Ray graciously opened the bar early so we could host a private gathering in his memory. Ray and Denise couldn't have been more hospitable, accommodating, and genuinely kind to every single person in our group. They bartended for us all afternoon and went absolutely above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, even helping arrange pizza from across the street. What could have been a difficult and emotional day was made so much more special by the warmth and generosity they showed our family and friends. The Irishman is a 10/10 bar--from the atmosphere and drinks to, most importantly, the people behind the bar. Ray and Denise are two of the most welcoming and kind people you could ever hope to meet.
