We had Jack and Carrot the Clown at my boyfriend's son's 10th birthday party, and they were absolutely fantastic! Jack is an incredibly talented magician. He was highly organized, professional, and delivered a flawless performance. His humor and charisma kept both the kids and adults thoroughly entertained, and he had everyone engaged from 3-year-olds to 60-year-olds! He was not only entertaining but also kind, approachable, and wonderful to work with. Carrot the Clown was equally amazing, creating balloon animals for all the children, which they absolutely loved. The kids were thrilled, and it added such a fun touch to the party. Everything ran smoothly from start to finish, and the entire experience exceeded our expectations. They were a joy to have at the party, and we can't wait to hire them again in the future. It was worth every penny, and we highly recommend them to anyone looking to make their event extra special! read more

During our cocktail hour he strolled around, providing loads of entertainment for all of our guests simply just blowing their minds. Jack Murdock, Murdock the Magician, performed at my birthday party last weekend. 75 guests from age 3 to 93 and he engaged with everyone. I hired him for both "walk around magic" where he performed to small groups of guests, and then a 30 minute show to the seated audience. He wowed everyone with his skill, a variety of magic including playing cards, balls, match books, money, scarves, ropes, and even a bear trap! Jack is so charming, likeable and agile. He's a 5 of 5, a 10 of 10, a 100 of 100. read more

We hired Jack for a business anniversary dinner at a cocktail bar. Jack was very friendly and personable and walked around interacting with everyone, he was just a joy to have at the party. His magic was actually unbelievable. It's a totally different experience when a magician is doing tricks right in front of your face and you cannot for the life of you figure out how. I was skeptical we needed a magician for the party at all - but by the end of the night I was literally chasing Jack down to have him show people more of his tricks. 10/10 experience, would hire again in a second. Thank you so much Jack! read more

Wow. Amazing. Jack exceeded my expectations. I had randomly met Jack at a restaurant as he pulled me in with his magnetic energy . He was dressed very intriguingly and exuding a mysterious aura. This man is a sorcerer playing at Magician. He handed me his card and I followed him. I never thought I'd ever need a magician, but just recently I realized a dream of mine and threw my first Alice in Wonderland High Tea Party. I had seen some of his posts on IG and thought he was rather good and thought it would be a nice addition . I was absolutely blown away. His illusions were seamless. I was on the edge of my seat literally, heart racing, energy surging through my body. It was quite a ride. He was so quick and so clever. Even his little remarks and dark humor. But he does a really great job of staying in character. He's amazing. I would highly recommended hiring him. I plan on rebooking him for my next Alice in Wonderland Tea Party if he's available. He has definitely left an impression on me. read more

I had booked J Murdock for a bachelor party by word of mouth, not really knowing what to expect. I've never booked a performer before. Jack arrived precisely when he said he would, almost out of thin air. The way this gentleman carries himself with charm from one group to another is entertaining to watch in itself. He has tact in abundance, and his tenacity cuts through even the most persistent of hecklers-- which embarrassingly were present when i hosted him. I saw things I've never otherwise been exposed to had i not booked him. You, the reader of this review should book him-- add character and whimsy to what ever it is you're celebrating. Do it, you won't regret a moment. read more

I had the chance to watch this enchanter perform at Hopscotch Tavern for charity Christmas event. Wow just wow! This magician was there for what seemed like a life time and didn't repeat a trick once. He even took the opportunity to sit down, share a beer with us and continue to amaze our table. I have seem my share of magicians but this Magic Murdock is truly exceptional. I have always enjoyed a good magic show but after watching this guy, it isn't a show at all, it's real! I'll be booking him for future party's very soon! Cheers, A Believer! read more
