From the moment I walked into the showroom, Liad, Lily, and Ruby made me feel genuinely welcomed. The showroom was beautiful, and Liad patiently walked me through all of the cabinet options. He really knew his stuff and had excellent ideas for improving the kitchen layout. Before I left, he gave me an incredibly reasonable quote that made the decision easy. I have also been extremely impressed by the quality of the cabinets. They feel sturdy and well made, the finish is beautiful, and they offer excellent quality for the price. Although these are RTA cabinets, you would never know it from the finished result. Liad worked closely with his recommended installer, Arturo, to make everything look and feel completely custom. They crafted a beautiful range hood, customized a broom closet to fit our needs, and the included cabinet accessories that were such a nice (and useful!) added touch. The team quickly created 3D renderings and remained patient and responsive through the many changes I made along the way. Our entertainment center was a custom design, and it turned out even better than I imagined. When I was finally ready to place the order, Liad worked his magic to get everything delivered quickly and keep the project moving. Arturo was also wonderful to work with. He was incredibly patient with all of my questions and requests--and there were many! His team's craftsmanship and attention to detail made such a difference in the final result. After multiple follow-ups regarding the delayed order, I was informed through the customer service email thread that the manufacturer could not locate the order and that cancellation was being discussed. Based on those communications, I had to purchase replacement hardware to avoid delaying my client's installation. The replacement hardware was installed the following morning. Only after I had made those arrangements was I informed that the original order could be shipped overnight. When I requested that the previously discussed cancellation be honored, I was told the order was final sale. I also asked to speak with a manager to discuss the situation. I was not connected with anyone else and was told I would need to continue working through the same customer service representative. What I found most disappointing was the way the situation was handled. I made a business decision based on the information provided to me, only to have the circumstances change after I had already incurred additional costs. Rather than working toward a reasonable resolution, I was left feeling that the burden of the miscommunication was placed entirely on me. As a small business owner myself, $2,400 is a significant purchase. I expected clearer communication, better customer service, and a genuine effort to resolve the issue fairly. The job took a bit of time to complete because the installer only works half days, but I easily overlooked that because I cared more that the job was done right. After completion I realized the cabinet face frames were not covered in any laminate material. They were left bare leaving the wood exposed and prone to damage. When I finally got in contact with Lynn (first I messaged Tom and I believe Glen(?) with no response) she stated that face frames are considered a part of the interior cabinet which is not included in their refacing process and that the refacing only includes exterior surfaces. My question is, If this was not included in the process, then why remove the old face frame material, only to leave the wood bare. If refacing the frame was not included, then don't remove what is currently there, especially if the cabinets are being refaced the same color. Furthermore, the old face frames on those particular cabinets were still in good condition. This makes no sense to me and I simply cannot recommend this company with such lack of morality and care.

Kitchen Boutique is A+ game in home renovation! I worked with Hlai who was able to draw up me some designs that exceeded what I needed but stayed in a budget I needed to work with. The experience was great from Day 1 where she just simply got to know me, my likes, dislikes, and reactions to different decor. Through that we talked budget and then started designing. Just when I thought the designs could not be any more perfect- She and her business partner Patti called with an upgrade that was small but made all the difference to switch the spots on my sink and dishwasher. Once designs were finalized the whole crew was out to my home within 2 weeks to start the project. My kitchen was demolished in a day and a plumber was on the way. We hit a snag of a leaking pipe (thank god we found it!) on demo day- a friday- and when the plumber said he didn't work weekends, Hlai was on the phone negotiation and fixing the issue and he was there for me bright and early Saturday morning to finish the job! I was so impressed! Over the next 2 days new cabinets and counter tops were installed and just 3 days later my appliances found their new homes. By Day 5 I was putting my kitchen back together and Day 6 of renovation I was making homemade Risotto!!! PHENOMENAL! Hlai was available to me at all hours of the day by text, phone, or email. It felt like talking to someone from my family and I looked forward to our conversations. I seriously cannot emphasize how easy, fast, and efficient such a big task was executed. I even had the team put some cabinets Hlai recommended into my very awkward downstairs bathroom/laundry. I now love that space I dreaded as well. I highly highly recommend swinging by and chatting with Hlai and team for your ideas on anything cabinet, kitchen, or organization related because there is a solution they will have!!!! SO HAPPY!!!!
