I have not received a payment of any kind on it for over 6 months now. The other one was due to be paid back to me in a full balloon payment last month. I have still not received that one either. I don't feel like this company operates fairly or honestly. I tried to negotiate fairly with them and was hung up on. This company COST me way more than it ever made me!! Investors BEWARE!!!

Although I am much younger and relatively inexperienced when it comes to investing compared to the rest of their clientele, i have never felt as though I was inferior or "talked down to" by anyone at First Funding. There have been several occasions where I would go in and speak with Mr. Gumm about investments, real estate, etc.for 30-40 minutes at a stretch. Not once did he ever cut short our conversations or dismiss me in a rude manner, although he certainly had every right to since it was I who was constantly taking up his valuable time. Instead, he as well as the other members of the company have always treated me with respect and have provided honest feedback and responses to my queries, which I wholeheartedly appreciate. I have also never felt though as though i was cheated or duped in any of the investments that I have participated in and have always been notified each month as soon as the checks were ready for pickup. Mr. Gumm and his colleagues at First Funding have demonstrated to me that they are not only outstanding professionals, but more importantly, are upstanding individuals.

HORRIBLE!!! You will get audit!!! DO NOT GO HERE FOR YOUR TAX SERVICES!!! They won't even help you…read morefix a problem that THEY made!!! I don't see what is so hard to add 2 numbers together. I got audit because the " tax preper "did not include my 1099 income to my W-2 income. These " tax prepers " are a big joke!!! Never apologized for the mistake and couldn't even figure out where they messed up at until I told them. Carmen Carrillo is the owner and she constantly gave me the run around. And on top of that she wanted to " correct their mistake " by having me lie on my 1099 saying I paid out of pocket for things so I wouldn't have to owe at all and bring my balance to zero.I couldn't believe my ears, not only did she want me to lie but like I told her, where are they going to get those receipts for proof? I'm not going to get audited more for lying knowing damn well sooner or later they are going to ask for them to see if it matches up with whatever she put on the amended return!!! She charged me for a copy of my 2014 return when her staff didn't even give me a copy when I filled that year. $25 was what I had to pay on top of the money I owed PLUS INTEREST!!! I was furious, and come to find out they also over charge you on the " preparation fee. " ( I didn't know this till I finally reviewed my 2014 filings. (They say all I had to pay was $60 and that was it... Pff yeah right, that's not what my preparation invoice says) If this is how you run your business I don't see you doing much more " business " anytime soon. It's no wonder they closed their E. Crossrimber's office in Houston. These people are not knowledgeable at all in taxes services. Take your chances if you want the IRS sending you a bill for taxes owed. I wouldn't even give them a star but unfortunately that's not an option. I already put a notice with the BBB.

They are a family owned business so clearly they are very family oriented which means they will always put first their costumers because they are so dedicated to making sure you leave happy with their service. I have yet to experience any problems with them they are very knowledgeable in their line of work. I went to them knowing absolutely nothing about taxes how to pay them what I'm doing and Carmen Carrillo and her team went over EVERYTHING with me step by step and explained what I needed to know in great detail. You never leave that office not knowing what it is they are doing!!!!! They will make sure you guys are both on the same page. I have went to multiple tax offices the big ones too,h&r block, jackson hewitt and even tried turbo tax & ended up with a letter from the irs. Not trying to bash those places but me personally I wasnt well taken care of when I went to those places. But Carrillos Taxes will go above and beyond for you saying from personal experience. Ive been going to Carrillos Taxes for 7 years and have plenty of other loyal clients too you don't get that kind of loyalty from bad business.

Despite paying for their services, I saw no significant improvement to my credit over several months. Their representatives especially Victor which is the manager , made claims about what they could achieve that were misleading at best and potentially false advertising. Communication was poor and updates were vague. I requested specific documentation multiple times and was either ignored or given generic responses. It's clear that their process is not tailored to individual cases and lacks transparency. In my opinion, MSI Credit Solutions did not fulfill their contractual obligations, and I'm currently exploring options for reporting them to the appropriate consumer protection agencies. I strongly advise anyone considering this company to read the fine print, document everything, and proceed with caution. Also no refund was sent , Victor gave me two weeks and NOW THERE IS VANICA GIVING ME ANOTHER TWO WEEKS WHICH IS NOW VOIDED BECAUSE OF THE REVIEW SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO ELSEWHERE
