I made an appointment for carpet cleaning 2 weeks in advance. The evening before the cleaning the crew called to say they would not be able to make the appointment time because of multiple water damage jobs that just came in (our area had a hard freeze). While I understand the water damage is more disruptive to families than dirty carpets (I have had 2 cases of broken pipes in the past myself), the cancellation of my appointment with no future appointment made is unacceptable. What is the use in making appointments? If you have a smaller job be aware that you will be passed over if a larger job arises.

Beware of Flood Masters and Pronto Plumbing! I had a water…read moreheater burst and so I called First American home warranty, they dispatched Pronto Plumbing, and Pronto Plumbing sent someone, who is supposedly is representing on behalf of my home warranty, gave out my personal information without permission to a questionable business (Flood Masters), who had Quartius call me and fast talk me into allowing people into my home to start ripping up my floor and cabinets within 24 hours after Pronto plumbing left, under the pretense that I would have to pay nothing. Then Quartius told me to say nothing while he called and filed a claim with my home insurance and fooled me into believing, I would have to pay nothing at all. I will unwittingly participate in insurance fraud as Flood Masters presented a stack of lies and false claims under our name, all while incurring a $5000 bill that was denied by our home insurance. And after we were swindled, Flood Masters called us and threatened to put a lien on our house if we don't pay them $5000. Before my home insurance could get involved and inspect the truth, Flood Masters had already destroyed half of our home so that all truth of the situation was unpresentable, Beware! Pronto Plumbing will sell your information and Flood Masters are criminal con artists, they are doing shady business and for any unsuspecting homeowner (Especially for anyone with cognitive challenges), they will put you in a legal bind with their fast scheming and extortion tactics. I've researched the owners of this criminal racket, by doing a secretary of state Search for Flood Masters: Dan W, Nicole M, Noel W at Mountain View, CA, as well as the Owner of Pronto Plumbing George M T in Norcross Georgia. I'm reporting these companies to better business bureau and taking them to court and reporting their fraudulent business tactics and attempts at extortion. This was an exploitative scam. We were taken advantage of through deceitful and unfair practices, Manipulation and potential financial exploitation was involved. The actions of Flood Masters were unethical and predatory, aiming to benefit at our expense under false pretenses and promises. I recommended them later to my Mother for her flooded basement (2 bedrooms/2 baths, +den) It was covered ankle deep from a pipe bursting while she was out of town. Again, fast response and the bottom line that the results were better than new.... they even checked for mold. Oh, and they work directly with insurance... Neither me or my Mother actually knew what to do with the insurance, but Floodmasters did. We appreciated how they made a very stressful situation easy for us. My and my Mother's floods were a year or so ago, but I've recently recommended them to other friends who have thanked me for it. They can tell horror stories about other larger flood repair companies they used that didn't pay attention to details like Floodmasters does. Floodmasters makes sure that everything is truly dry so that mold can not develop... I highly recommend them.

Aqua Flame traced the leak all the way to the attic and a likely faulty A/C unit, without cutting into any of the wall.
