My wife and I enjoyed our experience with TriSmart Solar! We met with three different local solar companies and we decided with TriSmart. Jacob did an excellent job answering all our question without make us feel pressured to buy. Throughout the entire process not only did Aimee keep us informed, but also handled all the required permits. We recommend using TriSmart Solar. read more

This company installed the panels in 2023 In 2025 I had to use a 3rd party install cause I was replacing the roof. Found out that my panels were not working in the past 2 years. I am contemplating in to seeking legal actions against this company. I was not saving one penny. By bill has always been the same cause of my payment program with the light company. 6 months after it was installed they said they came and checked the system...that's when they stop working. So for two years I been paying the panels without them working properly. I really don't know if how much money I would be saving ( if they would be working properly). Try another company that will not screw you like this one. Bad services, bad customer service. but very efficient in getting their monthly payments for something that was not working. One word for them "CROOKS" For taking advantage of the elderly. this is my own personal opinion. I do have pictures to back up my review read more

TriSMART Solar - That was the report on the solar panels they installed. Two years of NOT working at all. - Solar Installation Near Me - San Antonio, Texas

I just got off the phone with Emphase who supposedly monitors my usage and panels, just to find out that my unit has not been connected to my wifi since February 2025!!!!! NEVER GOT A PHONE CALL TO ADVISE OF AN ISSUE. As far as I can tell the panels seem to be working as I have been paying the same amount for 5 years with now spikes in electric charges. They ordered me a new unit but not I cannot get a hold of TriSmart Solar to see to get the new software installed. read more

Installation went well... BUT TriSmart STRAIGHT UP LIED to us. The sales guy and the customer service team explained to us that we would receive a 30% income tax credit, but when doing taxes this year, I hit a limit and cannot receive the full 30% from the IRS. TriSmart had also told us that if we use that credit toward our principal, our monthly payments would remain the same. If we did not use the credit toward our principal, the monthly payment was going to increase almost $100. Long story short, DO NOT WORK WITH TRISMART. They are liars to get sales AND they never answer the phone or call back. read more

My solar experience has been horrible. I trusted the sales rep and now I am a disabled senior with multiple solar loans and still paying outrageous electric bills. I will probably be dead before paying off these loans. I curse the day I let Luis Chavez(the salesman) into my home. read more

We have scheduled a roof replacement. Trismart wanted half down before they would remove the panels to allow roofing contractors access. So a week ago I paid them through bank transfer. 4532.90. They said once it was paid I would be contacted. I have yet to hear from them. I have emailed them three times. My roofer is calling them. Still crickets. Wish I had never done solar it's a waste of money and causes these types of issues. I'm so done with it all and wouldn't recommend this or any solar company for that matter. read more

Please dont use this company. They took advantage of my 84 yesr old parents. Never gave them copy of 25 years contract that they signed on the agent phone. they are now paying both the solor panel bill and elevtric bill double there monthly bill . They now need to find a lawrer read more

i got my solar in may of 2020 it took several attempts for cps to approve the hook up .i just found out it is not even done right and the ground wire is not done right also it is cut and not even hooked up in different places. my bill never went down i pay my light bill and 289 to them for the panels .i was told lies after lies about my rebate i got capped and didn't get and my rebate from cps was sent to them without me knowing about it. cps said they had sent them a note from me and i never singed anything giving my rebate to them .I call and never get help from them and no one has still addressed my hook up issues and the wires left hanging out. i would never use this place .its all lies only gave one star cause had too read more

Don't bother, they screw you over once you pay off the panels or move. you'll loose money on solar unless you out it on a new class 4+ grade 25 year roof, never move, and don't finance (which is where these parasites actually make money) read more

DO NOT ISE THIS COMPANY!! The only good thing about them was their price. They kept stalling the process from the time we signed a contract three months ago until now and we still don't have our system completed. The sales rep said it would take no more than 6-8 weeks from contract signing to completion. Our system was installed early November and CPS connected on Dec 3rd. I had to pimp the company every time a new step in the process was supposed to happen, delaying each step by at least a week or two. They keep telling me the problem is with CPS being backed up and then we call CPS and they have no record of an inspection request. USE SOMEONE ELSE read more

I signed a purchase agreement for solar panels and a Tesla power in August of 2021. The panels were installed roughly a month later. The power wall was installed 6 months later. The system has failed to provide power during several outages. After several attempts to contact Trismart & Tesla, a tech was finally sent to my home today. The tech informed me that my power wall system was installed incorrectly. After contacting Tesla they confirmed that the power wall has not been functioning correctly for almost a year (since Feb 22 2022) roughly a month after installation. After reviewing my past utility bill , I discovered that my solar panels do not generate enough electricity to cover the my usage, as promised by your sales rep. Combined with the fact the my power wall sits at 0% and fails to charge or discharge power during outages, the entire systems provides absolutely no value, and does not deliver the services that I purchased. In trying to resolve this issue on my end, I've confirmed from a Trismart technician that my power wall was instilled incorrectly. After speaking with reps from Tesla, I've also leaned that Trismart is not certified to install Tesla power walls. read more

Hunter was awesome, communication was excellent and we were set up very quickly! My father had issues with freedom Solar and has a bunch of issues with them. I called hunter and he even helped us with those issues. 10/10 stars for him and this company I'd 100% recommend him to anyone for Solar. read more

I had a positive experience with trismart solar. The rep made sure all my questions were answered and showed me all the numbers in front of me (he even had me write it down myself) which was great to see. Just make sure that you listen and write it all down and ask a lot of questions if you're not familiar with solar. They were responsive to my requests and messages. They did all the paperwork that was necessary and installation was very quick. They did it all in one day. Still waiting on my rebate check, but overall a positive experience and my solar panels look awesome! read more

Worst experience with a company I have ever had. Sales rep was great until the second they got our money. Once they have you - buckle up. Phone calls and e-mails won't be returned. customer service just tells you that your wrong. We had 39 panels installed, for 2 people, and it won't even power an AC unit. I get told "that's normal production" Next step is legal action. Avoid at all costs. Not worth the headache. read more

I was impressed with TriSMART Solar, from their online presentation that helped preserve my health in these troubled times, to the way Charles answered my questions. In fact, I had almost decided to go with them, but the fifth (of five scheduled) presenters hit the nail dead on. I decided to go with the other guys because I felt their materials (LG) were a better deal in the long term than the Mission panels offered by TriSMART Solar. But it was very close. Good company read more

A TriSmart rep came and talked to us before summer 2021. We ordered over $50,000 worth of solar panels which were not installed until October. As of today (February 8, 2022), our panels are still not doing anything but catching dust and pigeon poo. They claim the job was "complete" on Jan 3, but the Glendale Arizona inspector was just here and failed the job (again) because they didn't follow the blueprints. I can't get anyone to answer their "customer service" number and the rep here in Arizona doesn't have any information regarding the account. Lucky us, we not only get to pay full price for our electric, but we also get to pay for the turd catchers on our brand new roof. Go with a different company that values you and keeps you informed. read more

Excellent service! They explained entire process and made it fully understandable. Our advisor, Jacob, was wonderful. The panels look like a single sheet and make our home look good. They don't stop after installation. Aimee kept us informed about install and inspections. They ensured we knew how to use the app to track our energy use and solar production. 100% recommend TriSmart Solar! read more

I would give zero stars for this company trismart solar if that was an option. They are full of shit!!! We spent several hours with them filling out paperwork and contracts. We didn't hear anything back from them for several months about the solar panel system we were discussing with them. They put in the contract that we wanted them to contact the HOA and do paperwork before the project was started. They took several more months and then contacted us saying we were set for the install of the system. They installed the system and we were told we were all set. A few months passed and we found out the paperwork was not done by them to the HoA as in the contract and the system can't be turned on because of their lack of follow up and follow thru. Additionally, the lending company for the system wants payment for a system we can't use. We called them Trismart on 4 different occasions advising system not working, payment is being requested for non-working system, and HOA still doesn't have the paperwork from them. They promised reimbursement and follow up from management and HOA paperwork to be dkne by their HOA department. I called again today and got same promises of reimbursement, return call from management, and HOA paperwork completion. I am going to continue my reviews of this FRAUDULENT company.... Google and BBB ARE THE NEXT REVIEWS.. that I AM GOING TO SUBMIT!!!! DO NOT USE THESE CROOKS U WILL BE SORRY IF U DO!!!!! Scam artists!!! Thieves!!! read more

They sent me an "invitation" to attend the installation of the solar system for which we had contracted on June 9. It is now August 5 and I am still waiting after having to pay about $500 in unnecessary electric bills while waiting for Tristar to fulfill the contract. They ran into a technical problem because the wall where they want to install is rock. However, a month ago I put them in touch with two rock contractors. Now I have not gotten any response it two weeks of leaving messages with Tristar. read more

Fantastic customer service! Charlie heaton and aimee are very responsive in communication and deliver top notch results

Tyronn was my advisor and I had a great experience. He is very knowledgeable and responsive. If I ever had questions after my appointment he always responded to my phone calls or texts. He explained the program to me thoroughly so that I understood it and also explained how to receive the tax credit provided by CPS. He wasn't pushy, he gave me the facts and gave me time to make my decision. I no longer receive a bill from CPS. I've referred him to several friends and they've had positive experiences as well. Definitely go with Tyronn if you're interested in getting solar. read more

I have now had Solar installed by TriSmart for a year now. They met with my wife and I and we talked about system size. The size they recommended currently takes care of about 2/3 of my total power consumption over the year. The return on investment is good. I pay about $110/month on a 20-year loan (from their preferred lender) and I save at least $20/month. The solar panels produce about $150 worth of power per month, on average. Overall satisfied. If I had to do it again, I would get a bigger system. Overall, the sales team and the support team have been great, as well as their preferred lender, which to be honest can be hard to do. Not to mention these are some of the best-looking panels on my roof, especially compared to some of my neighbors. read more
