The pattern I experienced: paid for repairs with verbal promise of credit toward full system replacement, they refused to honor it. Tech declared my system "dead" while I was traveling internationally, pressured a sale, then suddenly "fixed" it by resetting a breaker when I refused. Two weeks later their project manager texted admitting "we never did anything to get your [system] running" - written proof they didn't complete the work. Another tech came for a heater tune-up a month later, asked if my AC still worked and seemed disappointed it did. Tried to upsell me on a membership upgrade for a "free capacitor" while claiming I needed a full system replacement. My AC died the very next day.
