5 Stars - Highly Recommend Tejas Air Solutions!…read more Late one night around 9:30 PM, my AC unit suddenly stopped working. With the Texas heat, that's the last thing you want to deal with. I searched for a company that could actually respond that late and found Tejas Air Solutions. From the moment I called, their customer service was excellent. Without hesitation, they dispatched a technician right away. The technician arrived quickly, was extremely professional and polite, and immediately began diagnosing the problem. He was extremely professional, and after hearing about health issues made additional "air cleaning" recommendations. Had Billy (mentioned above) call us THAT NIGHT and explained everything including pricing. Tom the company's owner was very knowledgeable, polite, punctual, professional. He thoroughly checked out the existing system and then went above and beyond explaining the results as well as answering all my questions. Considering the old age of the system, a known defect (evaporator coil leakage) and previous replacement of that same coil only lasted a few years, I decided to proceed with a complete HVAC system change-out.
