She also neglected my mom towards at the end of her life at Plainview Hospital. She went out for three hours, instead with my mom. My father came in the hospital room and didn't find her. She came back within hours and threw out of the room. On June 14 2024, my mom fell on the dining room floor. The aide Joyce didn't follow my father's instructions not to walk alone with her. Joyce the aide didn't call 911 and the agency. My father who I a retired physician did.

Our mother succumbed to her illness on 2/13/25, it is with Tiffany's determination and endless hard work we were able to bring mom home with hospice where she was able to spend her final days with her loving family reminiscing, laughing, and us loving her with every part of our beings. After moms passing Tiffany continuously reached out to us to make sure we were not only mentally doing alright but continued to offer guidance with our next steps through this while process. He can still do most things but needs extra support. This company is a God-send. They are very respectful and honoring if my Dad and seriously go that extra mile. When my Dad had a cold, Kathi made him some chicken soup at home and brought it to my Dad. She didn't have to. She could have just cooked the food in his fridge/freezer but chose to make him fresh soup. I so appreciate every time I visit my Dad and the house is kept up - the floors are swept and mopped, rugs are vacuumed, bathroom is clean, dishes are washed, and the litter box is cleaned. My Dad gets the attention he needs but they also give him the space he wants. They keep detailed daily notes regarding his blood pressure, oxygen levels, and the such. They also journal other notes including food he eats. I personally appreciate all the above mentioned care and compassion but also that they include a health component. Their focus is preparing healthy and tasty meals for my Dad - not just to throw ingredients together and toss it in front of him. They wouldn't last very long in my Dad's house if they did that. Lastly, and most importantly, he responds well to every person that tends to him from this company. The owner is very involved in the care on an intimate basis - not surface care. She also has days she is at my Dad's house for shifts. Being over 100 years young, my Dad has very specific ways of doing things or having things done. Senior 911 Works affords him that space and lends a hand - when he allows - and they do it with grace. They don't push anything on him - and he wouldn't allow that anyway. Senior Abuse is a very real thing and I will not tolerate ANY of it! I highly recommend this team of patient and compassionate professional caregivers/companions. We only have one Dad and therefore want the best for him. This company provides that confidence to me that he's treated in the respectful caring way that I desire for him.
