If I took it to the dealership to have them perform the Diagnostics Scan Codes it would have cost $140.00 and it would have been there all day, but I would have gotten a rental car. When I asked Jeff how long it would take him he said an hour or less and I asked why the difference between him and the dealership and he explained it to me and also said that the scan itself would only take an hour at the dealership as well. I saved myself $ 50.00 and pulled a chair outside his shop, enjoyed the breeze and in no time at all the work was done!! Yes, he (Jeff) reset the Code and I was Happy!! I was nervous a bit to be honest cause I know some mechanics can be "rough" on treatment (like leave a scratch or dirty the interior, etc. When I arrived, comfort wasn't immediate, but as soon as I discussed with them as to what I needed done to the vehicle, I knew it was going to be in good hands. The fuel ruined my fuel system and these guys put it back together again. They not only fixed the truck, they worked with me to get it towed from 150 miles north of their location and repaired it in record time so that I could keep going with my travel trailer. The operations manager was in constant contact with me and let me know all along the way how things were going. He also provided all necessary documentation for a successful insurance claim. I'm so lucky, due to these guys, I was able to finish our trip and return home on time to meet other obligations. Sure, it costs some, but at least I got something done, unlike some of the dealerships I had taken this to along the trip who kept making up excuses for the issues and charging me for work that did not make a difference. I wanted a factory spoiler installed on my 2016 Ford Fusion, after going to ABRA and getting rudely turned away because as the manager said "we dont add parts to vehicles that arent there from the factory", i went to Randy Lanes with my request. Right from the start they did what they could to get me in touch with someone that could get me a quote for the task. They happily discussed the job and made sure that i had the essential materials to do the job (i bought my part elsewhere) right without problems. After providing me with a quote, they immediately scheduled with me a time to drop the car off and get the spoiler installed. On the day of the installation, i was unable to get a ride home from the shop. This meant that i would be stuck sitting there and waiting for the job to be completed. With the vehicle being a drop off they really didnt have a set time to work on it during the day. Luckily they offered to give me a ride home (i live right around the block). They even offered to give me a ride back if i was unable to get back to the shop! Hows that for customer service! Can you say awesome? Lets fast forward to about two hours later. They called me to pick up the car. After looking over the work on my car, i went in to settle the bill. The bill was exactly the amount of the quote. Not a penny more. Also, the quality of work was just amazing. Very great place!

The first time was a standard oil change, the second time was getting a full set of new tires with an alignment and balancing and they repaired a broken tire pressure sensor. The alignment was done properly for the first time, probably ever in my 11 year old car, according to the tech. It was so rusted stuck that had to use a torch to heat everything up so it would release. And I just took it to a Toyota dealership less than 1 year ago for an alignment. When I told the staff this they said it looked like it had never been touched. So it seems to me that everyone else (Toyota and firestone) besides Overbeck wanted to stay on schedule, not getting behind, and just did the bare minimum. And let me tell you what- my car drives like it's new again. The third time was 2 days after my tire pressure sensor was replaced- I took it back in to have it looked at becuase the low tire pressure light came back on. They told me the one they replaced was only intermittently working and was therefore defective. So they replaced it for free and sent me on my way. The best part about this? They have a line that they text confirm your appointment, send quotes to, etc. I send a text to this number around 10pm on a Wednesday to try to secure an appointment early the next day. To my surprise, someone wrote back and told me to bring it right in in the morning, no appointment necessary. When I got there, they said "we're dropping everything to get you on your way", And even offered me a loaner car for the day, knowing I had to get to work. I declined because I had the capability to work in their cozy lobby on their wifi network. I feel like I'm truly treated like family here, they even greeted me by name today (which I find impressive since I've only been here three times). I'm so so satisfied. I just happened to come across this place because I got a coupon in the mail for an oil change. I'm so glad I decided to bring my car here. They want to make sure they're doing the best work possible and making sure they have happy clients.

Dan and his crew fixed the issue and the total including payimg the tow to them came to $800 and change. They were very supportive and even tried to get Hyundai to pay for it. Car was cleaned before we picked up and she drives like new. Then we needed the brakes in our van looked at and they fixed that promptly as well.
