Any crack on the windshield gets bigger and that I needed to take care of it. I'm glad that I did. They told me we had zero deductible and asked me if I had a preference but I told them whatever you are have contracted was fine with me. They right away had me on the list with Safelite Auto Glass. Immediately I was contacted by Safelite before I knew it. They had the windshield for our Honda CRV and scheduled us for a Saturday installation. Saturday came and I was contacted by Sergio to let me know he was on his way. When he arrived first thing I asked was where would be a good location on the driveway and right off the bat told me to park near his vehicle. The installation did not take more than an hour plus he educated me on how the rear view mirror is removed as well as installing it. I have to give Sergio a big shout out for his professional experience as well as advice.
