Instead, he came outside to help us and treated us with so much kindness and urgency. Because we don't live in the area, leaving our car overnight would have been extremely difficult for us, and to our surprise, they were able to get the tire fixed right then and there. I went back up to Mavis Tires and talked to Hamilia. She came out, took pictures, got my information, and said she would escalate it to a higher up. About a week passed, I didn't hear back, so 1 called them again. They said it takes about two to three weeks to get a response from corporate. Three weeks and a day later, I didn't get a call back, so I called them, and they said the manager, David, was out of town.I called again on Tuesday, spoke to David, and he told me this was the first time he was hearing about the damage; no one bothered to tell him. He suggested doing touch up paint, which I refused because I've had that done before and it flakes off. He kept asking if my wheels were mint, or one hundred percent spotless, which doesn't matter; what matters is that they were damaged. He gave me a number for Mavis Media, but I found a number for customer support, and they put in a claim. Now I'm waiting for the regional manager, Benjamin, to reach out. It seems like the store manager is trying to avoid dealing with the situation instead of just taking care of it. I have taken my vehicle here before when it was NTB and had no issues with my white wheels. I did not take any before pictures because this is a legit national company and I felt I could 100% trust them to take care of my vehicle. I will update this review once or if they even try to make this right.

One of my old tires still had some tread left so they allowed me to turn in my donut spare tire, and purchase a generic wheel to go with that tire for a full size spare. For 4 new tires, a new wheel, insurance on all 4 tires, labor, and alignment, it came out to $1250. I also spent 2.5 hours there from start to finish. Overall a good experience and I will go back to them for any future tire needs.
