They pulled the old hook line and sinker! The caddies steal the show! Convenient with a gift shop right around the corner! I told myself I wanted to see the Cadillac Ranch, I saw it and what better than a nice momento to go with it? The gift show was a neat little one stop shop sure to lure you in. They carried shirts, shot glasses, post cards, photos, and many other souvenirs all themed with the Cadillac Ranch. They even carried cans of spray paint to use at the Ranch. The woman at the register was very friendly and welcoming surrounded by plexiglass. She told me and the other guests if we liked their page on Facebook they would give us a free sticker! Of course I got my sticker! Next time I visit the Cadillac Ranch I'll be stopping here to pick up some souvenirs.

Upon returning early the next morning, we didn't have to wait long at all before we hopped back into our plane and literally left "Amarillo By Morning" as the song goes. :-)

It also had private little yard and picnic tables and flowers . Owner came to make sure everything was working perfectly and helped me with my water hose . I didn't care if it wasn't within walking distance to restaurants . I felt as if I was in my own place with my private fence and yard . My dog also loved having her own little space . I plan to go and do some trails at Palo Duro . I am short distance from what I love . You should come out and check it out for yourself . I will definitely come back .

The pen was large and comfortably fit both my horses with bucket chains ready. Tgey even had a small area for turnout. We are telling and are approximately 50 feet and fit into the spots really nicely. All the spots are very large. What's best is the customer service. We called at midnight last night and somebody answered and said they had vacancy. We did not have this experience in the other campgrounds in Amarillo. In fact this is the only campground the answer their phone at all hours of the night. Other campgrounds didn't even have anything listed On their office showing vacancy spots or even a map of what they have open. Will definitely be stopping here again! The spot was $26/ night. We paid in the deposit box

The campground isn't fancy, but it's got great pull through sites with 30/50 amp power. We parked on the far left corner & had the best clear view of an open field. Very pretty, small trees. We paid the discounted passport America price, you just find your spot first, park, then walk over to the front office. You fill out an envelope with cash or check & put it in the slot. We didn't see anyone at the front office either of the two times we have camped here & that's just our style. They do offer free WiFi which wasn't too bad, except for peak hours. We loved staying here! I don't know if there are showers or laundry, because we live in our Motorhome & didn't need that anyways.

This place is one our kiddos would not stop talking about...especially because they have "tunnels" in almost every cabin! These tunnels are legit, too! They take you from the first floor to 2nd floor lofts, along a sturdy and architecturally sound structure that is well-built and carpeted for a clean path that leads to the 2nd floor and has lookout windows along the way. The tunnels are also lit. Wow, my kiddos were in for a big surprise when the owner said, "Enjoy it! Maybe you'll see a tunnel or two you can crawl through." We kind of thought he was joking in the beginning, and then we walked into the cabin. Wow! These are architecturally sound and so much fun for active kiddos! Aside from the tunnels, the granite kitchen counters and wood floors and nice amenities made this place somewhere we will stay again! Not shown is the bathroom with marble Shower in Juniper (that is handicap accessible), an upstairs loft with 2-double beds and downstairs bar eating area. It is absolutely lovely and clean! The Juniper and Mesquite cabins have a picturesque front porch that opens to the Canyon area and has views of aoudad sheep! Also, they have corn hole games and tic-tac-toe along with other fun games on property! Each unit comes with a grill or has access to one. I cannot recommend this location enough!
