I have been going to John Payton's for about 27 years now…read more He has taken care of 5 of my cars over the years, and has kept each one well maintained. Mr. Payton is not a regular mechanic (I am 74 years old, so you can imagine that I have been to several mechanics, all before I moved in 1998 to Mr. Payton's area.) He is hands down the best mechanic I have ever had service my cars. He truly cares about his patrons, whether new or long-time customers. I have seen this in the past nearly 3 decades of being there having one of my cars serviced. He is not just extremely skilled and hardworking, he also checks everything that is even remotely connected to the problem you are having. He is totally thorough, and takes extreme pride in his work - and you get complete value from his service at a fair price. One day he will retire, and I will be at a loss to find another mechanic with his professionalism, dedication, and skill. I will not find one like him. I'll just have to take my chances on someone else.

The receptionist said they were all at lunch and someone would call me back. I wasn't expecting a callback but the guy called me the same day and said I was better off ordering the part and then bringing it in to be installed. I had never done that so went by to check I had the correct part before I ordered it. When it arrived they installed it and also repaired my front bumper. They were polite and professional and did a wonderful job and the bill was affordable. I have already been back to them to fix my air conditioner. I highly recommend them!!!!
