Awful! never buy anything from this salvage yard. ive…read morebought things from this yard before..never had any problems..until today. i was going to purchase a tire and a rim for my car, called at 11:00 am to make sure they had it...which they did. i thought theyd have it ready by the time i got there,..which was 3:30..i waited a full hour standing in 9* weather in a filthy garage only for the tire and rim to snap, then they telling me that they didnt have anymore...and told me to "get the f*** out". i was appauld, i was nothing but friendly to these guys. i will never buy any parts from this place ever again..and ill be sure never to recommend this business to anyone.

after leaving a message on jordan's facebook page i was messaged back with dave jordan's cell…read morenumber . i left a message and he returned my call within an hour. he said it was disconcerting that i left a review before calling about this situation.....and he has a point..... that said, the majority of yards would stand behind an exchange warranty...but since they are 8 hours away , that isnt an option, nor did i expect him to offer any other solution... but to my pleasant surprise he said he would.... to his credit, he followed up on a unique situation that initially reflected badly on his business , and turned it into a win for him and his customer. thats good business.
