The wait time isn't that long and I was able to see the technician in 20 mins for my ultrasound. Farah, my technician was very nice and friendly. She explained what she was doing every step of the way and even let me take a video of the ultrasound for my husband since they only allow one person at a time because of Covid. Overall, really good experience. I think I prefer this place over my regular place and will be coming back for sure

The facilities were clean and welcoming.. they have a lovely bathroom! The technician made me feel very comfortable in the space and gave me straightforward directions. My doctor had written down confusing directions for which kind of ultrasound I needed and the tech managed to fit two different kinds into my appointment last minute. However, when I arrived on a Saturday I was approached by a very disgruntled woman, I greeted her and started to hand her my requisition, she then asked "do you have an appointment?" in a very annoyed tone, i said no but I am doing a walk-in Xray, her response "we do not do walk-ins on Saturdays!" I informed her of the information on their website, she stated again in a very annoyed tone "I have nothing to do with the website! My boss is responsible for the website!" I was like okay your boss is, so that means that's what it is, it's for your establishment. I was at a lost for words. I then asked to speak to her manager, she stated "I'm the manager". This lady was extremely rude and condescending. When I pointed out the discrepancy, she responded with an attitude that was completely uncalled for. She told me that if I don't leave she will call the POLICE and that I am being aggressive! When she was the aggressor from the get go. I was simply trying to understand why their in-person information contradicted what was on their website. The level of customer service I experienced was abysmal. Not only was the website misleading, but the staff's response to a simple inquiry was aggressive and unprofessional. I would strongly advise against using Toronto Queensway Ultrasound + xray. There are plenty of other labs out there that will treat their patients with the respect and courtesy they deserve. No Manager should be speaking to patients/clients in that manner. Off course she refused to give me her name when asked. I wish that there was an option to give no stars

Having had multiple ultrasounds over 3 pregnancies, I can confidently say my experience here was top notch. The staff were extremely friendly, knowledgeable, kind and thorough.
