It was only when I asked then he kind of explained that he had to see if there was ny blood-clotting.When he paused for 10-15 seconds on my left groin under my underwear I started to feel VERY uncomfortable and said ''You are spending too long there!'' , ''Trust me'' he said.''I don't trust anyone.'' I replied'' He kind of laughed and said Ok. When he kind of brushed aginst my penis in my underwear, I said ''Don't!'' Then he started grabbing my leg below where he was scoping aggressively.''Why are you doing that?'' I asked as it hurt whenever he did it.He explained that it was to see blood flow but he should've explained before he did it.I should've asked for a different technician before all this. Then he put too much pressure on the sore swelling below my knee on the red part that was hurting already. Then he said ''All finished,you can wipe the gel off.'' and he threw a bunch of paper towells on my stomach.Then he left the room. Suddendly a few minutes later when I was putting my pants on,he popped his head in...''Do you need any help?'' Then I knew my suspicions about him being sexually abusive were not unfounded...Like why would I need help getting the gel off? Then he came in again and said ''My supervisor wants you to wait and he needs to talk to you'',...so I waited and waited and waited while the supervisor ran round and around.Finally I asked about being seen ...twice and realized I'd have to make an excuse to leave which I did saying I had another appointment.When I called my doctor they said they hadnt got the report yet.So I called Rosedale again and they said it was faxed in but they waould do it again.It turned out it was not serious and was a close the surface swelling and not a deep vein thrombosis. I had to profusely tell them to be careful. They then proceeded to tell me my baby won't sit still so they tried to duck tape him to the table. I was in shock I picked up my baby and we left both in tears. I wish I had this on video as it would shut this is place down. But I will continue to share my story and hope that this prevents anyone with a baby from ever stepping foot in this place.

However, when I arrived on a Saturday I was approached by a very disgruntled woman, I greeted her and started to hand her my requisition, she then asked "do you have an appointment?" in a very annoyed tone, i said no but I am doing a walk-in Xray, her response "we do not do walk-ins on Saturdays!" I informed her of the information on their website, she stated again in a very annoyed tone "I have nothing to do with the website! My boss is responsible for the website!" I was like okay your boss is, so that means that's what it is, it's for your establishment. I was at a lost for words. I then asked to speak to her manager, she stated "I'm the manager". This lady was extremely rude and condescending. When I pointed out the discrepancy, she responded with an attitude that was completely uncalled for. She told me that if I don't leave she will call the POLICE and that I am being aggressive! When she was the aggressor from the get go. I was simply trying to understand why their in-person information contradicted what was on their website. The level of customer service I experienced was abysmal. Not only was the website misleading, but the staff's response to a simple inquiry was aggressive and unprofessional. I would strongly advise against using Toronto Queensway Ultrasound + xray. There are plenty of other labs out there that will treat their patients with the respect and courtesy they deserve. No Manager should be speaking to patients/clients in that manner. This location is small but the staff is very caring and competent. Even though they were…read moreunexpectedly short-staffed, they kept their spirits up and moved as efficiently as possible. I always get lightheaded when I get blood drawn, and when I told this to my nurse Christine she made time for me to lay down so that I didn't faint, and finished the process so quickly that I was affected less that usual. While I was waiting several regular patients came in that the staff had a friendly report with, which was nice to see. Thanks for being kind and taking care of the neighbourhood!
