NOPE Came here and waited 2+ hours for a prescription. *** As working in the medical field you need to prioritize patients who can be in and out and not clogging the waiting rooms. !! For a new clinic to build a GOOD reputation for their practice you would think they would have better customer service with efficient wait times ! WRONG - you will wait 2+ hours to even be screened . The receptionist immediately told my son to wait in the car. I do not understand how a "doctor" can make accurate observations and diagnosis without physically seeing a patient. Finally speaking with the doctor he only took generic information that anyone can search the internet for. Upon receiving basic information my son was told he will get a prescription and gets hung up on with out any proper salutations. This clinic is very unprofessional and they do not care since they seem to not learn from all of these horrible reviews.. patients have the right to be seen by a medical PROFESSIONAL.

Recently my left face was getting swollen, painful and having difficulty to eat…read more I went to Peel Memorial Urgent Care Center at about 1 am on Mach 8, 2025. I received excellent medical care and treatment from Dr. Alam, Dr. Kavoosi, and nurses Kong, Mathew, Tonia, and other nurses and staffs that I did not get their names. The physicians are professionals, very knowledgeable and experienced. They pinpointed the root cause of my disease, gave me medications, and sent me through CT scan image diagnosis. They also gave me prescriptions and Otolaryngology referral through their health care networks, so I could expect full recovery from the disease. Nurses were very kind and care showing their professionalism. They gave me medicines though injections, asked me how I feel and what I need. They gave me ice water to drink and dry ice pad to relieve my pain. My pain reduced significantly after received medications and treatment. When I asked Tonia and another nurse "Is any vending machine around for milk and juice?" in the morning, they managed to give me small packages of milk and juice that, I guess, are from their or their friend medical staffs' personal lunch boxes. I am very grateful for doctors, nurses, and medical staffs of PMUCC.
