I have spoken to Keystone realty and they could care less that they have such a horribly unethical person working for them. Not a good look for a real estate agency.

They could never provide us with invoices or warranties on the supposed new sewer pump, water pump, roof, etc. Our realtor asked more than enough times for this information...never received. I feel bad for the next person that puts an offer on this home. We terminated the contract. If you are smart, you will ask questions...lots of them. But don't hold your breath on getting the answers.
