They could never provide us with invoices or warranties on the supposed new sewer pump, water pump, roof, etc. Our realtor asked more than enough times for this information...never received. I feel bad for the next person that puts an offer on this home. We terminated the contract. If you are smart, you will ask questions...lots of them. But don't hold your breath on getting the answers. I think they know there are problems, and are hoping to find the person that isn't going to ask questions. There is a reason this home has been on the market for almost a year...now we know why.
