They're local and usually know all of the area in harrisburg, camp hill, mechanicsburg, enola, new cumberland, middletown, and lebanon. my realtor was a new lady named Sherry E. she really helped me out and explained everything to me as a first timer. Looking back they really made it easy, did a free credit check, drove me around to different properties, looked at everything i was interested, and didnt push me into buying something that i couldnt really afford. settled on a nice 90K ranch in the greater linglestown area. and it worked out very nice. mortgage payment is less than 550 dollars and have a great fixed rate. Thats less than what some people pay for an apartment. i was approved for about 85 - 95K depending on down payment. we looked about about 15 homes. then though, especially towards the end, our realtor was getting slightly impatient. but lucky for us, we saw our current home, and placed a bid on it that very same day. they have brand new office that's located on north mountain road in linglestown, next to the middle school. it also has a lot of smaller related type buisinesses like mortgage companies and title companies and so forth.

Worth Every Penny- Experience, Expertise and Service That Made the Difference. We had an excellent…read moreexperience working with Jerry Riggleman and would highly recommend him to anyone looking to sell their home. From the beginning, Jerry was professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and very straightforward with us. Jerry's commission was a little higher than some of the other options we considered, but after going through the entire process, we can honestly say he was well worth the extra premium. His experience, knowledge of the market, attention to detail, and guidance throughout the sale gave us the confidence we had made the right choice. He did an excellent job marketing our property, communicating with us, handling the offers, and guiding us through the many details from listing through closing. Whenever we had a question or concern, Jerry was available and took the time to explain our options rather than simply telling us what to do. Selling a home you have owned for many years can be stressful and emotional, and having an experienced realtor who stays on top of everything makes a tremendous difference. Jerry worked hard for us, represented our interests well, and helped make the entire transaction go as smoothly as possible. For Jerry, it was not just a sale or listing, but a caring relationship putting people above the listing. You felt that you made a good friend who really cares about you personally and always had your back by the end of the transaction. We are extremely pleased with the job Jerry did for us. Sometimes paying a little more for experience and quality service really does pay off. and in our case it absolutely did. We would choose Jerry again without hesitation. When you really need someone on your side representing you, why have a public defender when you can have a Perry Mason!

AND THEN $800 for what the call a broker's FEE. What is the 3% for. You don't think the brokers is getting a big part of that? And then you agree to using a Co. that they are associated with to handle the closing. You don't think for a second, they aren't getting part of that do you. LOL. The buyer's agent was also from them. At closing they charged them all the same fees as I paid. What a scam. But I signed with them. The worst part was after the deal closed I had to call and ask where my money way. Deal closed on a Fri. I called on Mon. The fucks answer was, oh, we forgot to send it. You can bet your ass they got their money on Fri. I will never use them again.
