I hear often people say how stressful buying a house can be. The search, paperwork and process that goes along with such a big life decision. There are so many things I can say about Kelley, she is a fantastic real estate agent! She has treated me so well giving me lots of sound advice and guidance in preparing for a huge life choice. She also found me the perfect agent to assist me here in Georgia. Even though she found me a realtor in my area she still answered questions, helped me know what questions to ask my lenders and for closing, etc. She never left my side even when she found me an amazing local realtor. Thank you so much for helping me with my first home purchase and making this such an amazing experience! I highly recommend working with Kelley or asking her to find you a realtor local to you!

Finding Mike was a godsend- we were on a time crunch because I was pretty pregnant and we wanted to get in somewhere before our little girl was born. As soon as we found a home we were interested in, Mike would get us in that home to look at it ASAP. He was extremely honest about properties and what he saw could be issues. He was fast to respond to calls and texts no matter what time of the day and even on weekends. He also helped us close faster on the home we ended up with and walked us through the process in layman's terms. Mike is such a breath of fresh air in the industry- not a stuck up jerk like most of the other realtors we stumbled upon. Give him a chance in helping him assist you in your home search - you won't be disappointed!

My supposedly ADA home has no ADA built counters, cabinets, wide doorways, and only 1 bathroom is ADA. MY HOME HAS NO, AS IN ZERO, EXTERIOR INSULATION. Not one exterior door is flush or closes completely. Team Pete took my $67,000.00 VA grant to assist in building our ADA home. Huge exterior ramps we're installed trading up 2/3rds of both front and rear yards. The VA supplies electric lifts. I recently discovered the zero insulation when we had new doors installed and a new window in our otherwise 1 small window livingroom. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY OR ANY OF THEIR BUILDERS.
