The beauty…read moreof working with this group is that each person specializes in a certain aspect of the home sale and purchase. Kathy was fantastic with our inspection process, super knowledgeable and a great advocate on your behalf. Kelly was awesome when it came to marketing your home and helping you stage your home. Julie was fantastic at the end setting up our settlement for our old home and current home! Megan was fantastic when it came to negotiating the deals on the sale of our home and purchase of our new home. To make our settlement work, she drove from one settlement in Carlisle to the settlement of our new home in Lemoyne so that we could have both settlements on the same day. It is stressful to sell a home and purchase a new one, and these ladies made the process as smooth as can be. My husband and I both felt like they were on our side protecting and guiding us through the steps.
