I think a lot has changed since the first 2 reviews given in 2019 and 2020. It is now 8/2023…read more I said I wanted an estimate to repair my chimney from the roof line up. Segundo called and said he would come up on Sat. 8/12. We weren't home but he came when he said. he called from the house. Estimate, $1,700 including parts and labor. I took it. I had 3 previous estimates, $4,000, $2,900 and $1,8500. I took the last one but after 6 weeks, the man never showed up. When I called, he was too busy to to do my chimney. Segundo said he would be up on the following Wed. At 8:30AM he was there with his 4 sons. I can't praise them enough. The scaffold was up within 1/2 an hour. The work they did, scraping wherever needed, cementing where needed and filling a hole in the old cement that was crying out for a repair. When that was done, they cemented over the entire work area. Then they sanded everything and used a leaf blower to get rid of the dust. Finally, they painted. I can only appraise what I saw. They were professionals. They worked throughout the day without taking coffee breaks. They knew what they were doing and when they finished, my chimney looked brand new. And they cleaned up everything, all the debris that fell on the grass below. What more can I ask for??? I believe I received much more than the $1,700 I paid. As far as I'm concerned, what happened in 2019 and 2020 is in Segundo past. 2023 is the present. I highly recommend AZ Chimney Repair.

I called HGM distraught because I arrived home to find my electric was out. PPL could not fix my…read moreproblem and said I would have a hard time finding an electrician under the circumstances. It was snowing and sleeting. And the governor had mandated that non-essential businesses close down, so many businesses even if essential have chosen to self-isolate for their own protection. I thought OMGosh I have no heat or hot water or refrigeration; who is going to help me? I am so grateful to Stacey at HGM for answering the phone -- who does that anymore? She was so understanding and compassionate and calming. She made a commitment to me that they would take care of me. God bless them. So Stacy and Matt arrived to assess the situation. We took the necessary measures to have no contact as much as possible. And Matt worked on the electric all day to get us up and running by nightfall. It was a big job because the entire outside panel had to be replaced and inspected before PPL could restore my power. I am so extremely grateful to Matt and Stacy and will always remember their generosity of heart and spirit during this unprecedented crisis. And they will get all of my electrical business from hereon in. I highly recommend that you give them your business, too.
