He came to the house following day, arriving at the estimated time. He was super professional and friendly. Billy gave us advice on how to operate and clean our fireplace since we are novices. He really took his time showing us all the details of our fireplace and how it works. Billy even looked at the 2nd flue in the basement and measured it, and gave us advice on how to cap it until we install a wood stove. Billy inspected chimney for any damage and cleaned it. Thankfully there was no damage. He saw however, that the second flue was missing a cap, so he installed a cap right on the spot. We were super impressed by Billy's work, and will definitely call him again for all our chimney needs!

Segundo called and said he would come up on Sat. 8/12. We weren't home but he came when he said. he called from the house. Estimate, $1,700 including parts and labor. I took it. I had 3 previous estimates, $4,000, $2,900 and $1,8500. I took the last one but after 6 weeks, the man never showed up. When I called, he was too busy to to do my chimney. Segundo said he would be up on the following Wed. At 8:30AM he was there with his 4 sons. I can't praise them enough. The scaffold was up within 1/2 an hour. The work they did, scraping wherever needed, cementing where needed and filling a hole in the old cement that was crying out for a repair. When that was done, they cemented over the entire work area. Then they sanded everything and used a leaf blower to get rid of the dust. Finally, they painted. I can only appraise what I saw. They were professionals. They worked throughout the day without taking coffee breaks. They knew what they were doing and when they finished, my chimney looked brand new. And they cleaned up everything, all the debris that fell on the grass below. What more can I ask for??? I believe I received much more than the $1,700 I paid. As far as I'm concerned, what happened in 2019 and 2020 is in Segundo past. 2023 is the present. I highly recommend AZ Chimney Repair.
