Segundo called and said he would come up on Sat. 8/12. We weren't home but he came when he said. he called from the house. Estimate, $1,700 including parts and labor. I took it. I had 3 previous estimates, $4,000, $2,900 and $1,8500. I took the last one but after 6 weeks, the man never showed up. When I called, he was too busy to to do my chimney. Segundo said he would be up on the following Wed. At 8:30AM he was there with his 4 sons. I can't praise them enough. The scaffold was up within 1/2 an hour. The work they did, scraping wherever needed, cementing where needed and filling a hole in the old cement that was crying out for a repair. When that was done, they cemented over the entire work area. Then they sanded everything and used a leaf blower to get rid of the dust. Finally, they painted. I can only appraise what I saw. They were professionals. They worked throughout the day without taking coffee breaks. They knew what they were doing and when they finished, my chimney looked brand new. And they cleaned up everything, all the debris that fell on the grass below. What more can I ask for??? I believe I received much more than the $1,700 I paid. As far as I'm concerned, what happened in 2019 and 2020 is in Segundo past. 2023 is the present. I highly recommend AZ Chimney Repair.

They gave us a good quote and based on the reviews on line we went ahead and hired them. The moment we entered our home after they had replaced the roof, there were missing parts that fell from one of the skylights. The guy just said "it's something you can easily fix yourselves!" The worse is that within less than a month there was a serious leakage in the sunroom (it literally started raining in the living area!!) We must have called them 10 times already. They never showed up...They are not professionals and would urge anyone to not do business with them. Save your money people.

Rinker was the only one who provided a flat installation fee (that was also reasonable), a relatively quick installation appointment, and gave me answers to my questions that made sense and were consistent with appropriate practice. The protectors that were installed had higher capacity than another contractor's installation which I was told was "just enough." Just as important, the electrician left the installation sites clean and finished (the work to install one of the units appeared to take efforts that were above and beyond a simple installation however I was not charged any extra). I will continue to use Rinker whenever possible!
