Shawn was hired to paint the inside of the home and lay flooring. He estimated the job to take 3-4…read moreweeks. We removed the popcorn ceiling so all he needed to do was texture and paint the ceiling. He had no idea that it needed to have a coat of mud put on first. He just sprayed texture, did not let it dry and then sprayed paint. It was a disaster, so he scraped some off and did the same process several more times. 15 gallons of paint later, which the client paid for, we had to hire and pay someone else to correct the mess. Then the walls, another disaster and had to hire another painter to correct and finish the job. The floor is not correct but cannot afford to purchase more floor to correct it. Disabled client fell several times due to the tools, paint, supplies and trash that were left all over the house, garage and patio. The disabled client was left to clean up the mess. The job was started the beginning of June and he just stopped coming in November. He still has not checked in on the client. Of course, he needed money so was paid portions weekly and was paid in full months ago.
