Day of the appointment I reached out to let Jim know that I was running behind due to unexpected delays in my commute and was pleased to hear that he was ok with a late arrival. We agreed upon a pickup time, which I missed because of a unplanned meeting at my office, and he had another engagement to attend to, but he was courteous enough to let me know when he would arrive back at Sun Busters. During pick up we had a great conversation about older Hondas and he really knew his stuff! Jim is a great guy, honest and more than fair pricing for service provided and just a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend, will definitely do business with again in the future.

Of course, my luck struck and the convertible top stopped working today, which made accessing the rear window extremely difficult since it couldn't be put halfway down. To make matters harder, there are two tabs on each side that make getting into the corners almost impossible (see picture). Lino was super upfront and explained that without the top opening, it would be a tough job and he couldn't guarantee a 100% bubble-free installation. But after about three hours, it came out perfect! He pointed out a few tiny imperfections that will dry up and disappear as it cures, but reassured me that if anything is still there after a week, I can just bring it back and he'll fix it. What impressed me most is that even though the original quote assumed the top would come down to make the labor easier, he didn't charge me a dime extra for the additional effort. I highly recommend Top Tint Shop! They are super honest, friendly, and skilled at what they do. Plus, the waiting room is really comfortable, featuring a big puffy leather couch and complimentary snacks. I'll definitely be back to bring my wife's car to get the side windows tinted as well.

Lesson learned you truly get what you pay for. This was my third time coming back to Signature Glass Tinting and once again they exceeded my expectations. They have a new location (at least new to me) which it seems they leveled up big time. Ryan and Reese provided outstanding customer service from start to finish. Ryan was knowledgeable, professional and took the time to answer all of my questions without ever making me feel pressured and even got me in sooner than I expected. I went with 20% XPEL XR Black on my 2026 Mercedes AMG GLE 53 to match my car and the tint looks incredible. The color blends almost perfectly with the OEM factory privacy glass giving the vehicle a clean, factory-installed appearance. One thing I really appreciate is their pricing. The quote they give you is the price you pay no extra charge for using a credit card, no surprise taxes added at the end and no hidden fees. Unfortunately, I can't say the same about other tint shops I've used in the past. The workmanship is top-notch, the customer service is exceptional and the experience reminds me why I keep coming back. I've officially found my tint shop for life and will continue recommending Signature Glass Tinting to anyone looking for quality work done right the first time.

My only regret is that I didn't realize having a lighter interior would make the tints look lighter, but that's my fault for not knowing. Overall, I highly recommend this place!

After that, I started inspecting all of my windows and noticed several windows had contaminants or creases under the tint. Including other hair and dirt. And along my rear window, there seemed to be a large cut in the tint. I went back for a follow up and they only offered to replace 1 of the 3 windows they installed poorly. They also told me that the cut on the rear window was actually a cut on the glass that they blamed on a factory defect instead of taking ownership. I went back to the dealership I had bought the car from, and they showed me inspection videos that they make before selling cars. The cut was not there. I didn't even bother going back for the repair appointment, because why would I want them touching my car ever again. I barely had my car for 3 weeks before they messed it up. 0/10 would not recommend. Definitely not worth the $850 spent.
