I asked for a quote from Sunshine Sunrooms. Jerry Lackey the General Manager and Danny Ortiz the Project Manager came to my house, reviewed the project, and said they could absolutely handle the job. Jerry talked about how great their customer service was, how well they communicated, how I would be kept informed every step of the way, and how smooth the process would be. Even though Jerry was more like a used car salesman than a contractor, I decided to go with them because I thought they had expertise in this area. Unfortunately, none of what they promised from a customer service, communication, or timeliness of the process standpoint ever materialized. I was the one who had to constantly follow up for updates on the build, delivery, and installation of the product. Throughout that process, I was given misinformation about when shipments would arrive, the completeness of shipments, and when installation could occur. I was told that all parts had arrived only to find out after the fact key pieces were missing because they didn't inventory their shipments. I was told installers would start on a certain day only to be told the original installer refused to do the project. This delayed our overall remodel for weeks because this window had to be installed before the bathroom was completed. This left us trying to get by with limited bathroom facilities and sleeping areas. Throughout all of this, even though Jerry Lackey admitted he knew what was going on, he never reached out to apologize or offer to help rectify the situation. The only other time I heard from Jerry was when he called me to threaten me with legal action on my property because I asked them for some consideration in the overall fees due to the inconvenience they put my family through. Can't tell you how frustrating this company was to deal with and having Jerry Lackey threaten me was just the icing on the cake.

Took my 2002 Audi TT here, after much searching, to repair the seal on the convertible top where…read morethe back window glass meets the fabric. The fabric was in perfect condition, and dropping over $2K to replace it wasn't an option. I dropped off the car at lunch on Friday, and at 2 Monday afternoon it was ready to go! The work was professionally done, and I'm betting the new bond is stronger than the original! Don't let the dealers talk you into replacing a perfectly good top just because the back glass starts to separate - for about 10% of the replacement cost it can be good as new in just a couple days.
