I have been a patron of Alex and his Six Stars Automotive for over six years. Why? Because he knows…read moreSubarus inside out, is efficient and fairly priced. Now on my second Forester (276,000+ miles) I had noticed an oil leak and my check engine light had come on. I dropped in and asked Alex about it. He immediately squeezed me in and put my car on the lift to take a look. Then lowered the car to look from the top of the motor. He spotted the leak at my oil pressure sensor and replaced it. In and out within 30 minutes and I was a very happy customer minus a big worry. VERY HIGHLY recommended!!

Went here a couple weeks ago because my heat was not working and my engine was shaky. They told me…read moreit was my head gasket and it would cost 3,000 dollars. Since I couldn't afford it they offered a temporary fix which was just replacing my coolant which was 250 dollars because oil got mixed into it. I was told my car would be safe to drive for now until I put some mileage on it. I was also told my heat will not work until I get my head gasket fixed which was entirely a lie. I told my uncle who is also a mechanic and he told me my head gasket should have no effect on my heat. I took it to another Subaru mechanic and not even 5 minutes after looking at my car he found a hole in my coolant hose. I'm not sure how that was missed at all cause even I could see it. He replaced it and topped me off with more coolant and my cars heat started to work again. He also told me it's unsafe to drive with a hole in my coolant hose cause my engine could've overheated and the problem would become even worse. It's also nice to know the 50 dollars they charged me for coolant was meaningless cause right after I drove off it was spraying out the hose. I feel very misled and lied to.

There were a few bumps along the way with the insurance company that I didn't understand, but Rhonda handled everything with such professionalism and grace that I never felt stressed or confused. I truly felt like she took all the stress off of my plate and I can't emphasize that enough. Her communication was outstanding; she kept me updated every step of the way, explained things clearly, and made sure I always understood what was happening. She was patient, kind, and consistently went the extra mile to take care of me and my vehicle. It's so rare to find someone who combines expertise, efficiency, and genuine warmth the way she does.. especially in this day and age. Rhonda is an incredible asset to your team, and she's the reason I would return to Caliber Collision in the future and recommend it to others. Please know how much her hard work and dedication are appreciated. She turned what could've been a stressful situation (which I was expecting) into a truly positive experience. I will always spread the word about Rhonda and this experience! Thank you thank you thank you!

Today was a crazy day, devastating news and just one of those days that gets worse and worse,…read moreevidently. Thought it was over, but lo' and behold, I went to get my purse out of my interior closet door (which I keep locked) for my heart pills, and realized that the keys to my closet were in my purse! I start to panic. I called Prime Locksmith, which their other locksmith company is mobil express locksmith, and Mike came out immediately, within 30-40 minutes, and opened my door within about 10 minutes or so; he said my lock was a bit harder than most, but it's probably because my husband was trying to break into it before we decided to call a locksmith! But, please allow me to explain something - when I googled locksmiths in Parker, all these other places come up first, as ads. Well, I have never had to call a locksmith before so I didn't understand the process. I called the first number because it said "$15 dollar service call, 15 min response time guarantee 24/7, blah blah. I call the number, a super grumpy foreign woman answers "locksmith", and I proceed to ask, "What company did I call?" And she nearly murders me by the tone in her voice, but I proceed because I'm really needing my blood thinners and other things in my purse. Evidently, she then farms out my phone number and I start receiving calls from a ton of men who barely spoke english saying to me, "You need unlock?" I'm like, WHAT??! It was just weird. When one called who did speak english I asked how much and he said "well, we won't know until we see your house," swear, that's what he said. I said, "See my house...what does that mean?" Then he said, "I mean we have to see what kind of lock you have.." I explained it's just a cheap simple interior door lock - he wouldn't quote me a flat price. That's when I hung-up and called this company. I explained my situation and that it was an interior door lock, and they quickly and easily quoted me a flat fee of $85 - to boot, Mike made me 2 extra keys and said they were on the house! Oh, and, my door handle was loose, when he was done, he said "If you have a screwdriver, I can tighten this for you," and he did! He went above and beyond! They saved the day for me, and I would use them again and again (hopefully though, I won't need to!) I highly recommend them!! -Tana Corporon
