Well... this started out as a not so good review. When I first went in, Ariana gave me a great hair cut and purple bangs but my roots were orange.... I was pretty upset. I wrote a review and text Ariana and a couple hours later she called and wanted to organize a time when she could get me in. She scheduled me 3 weeks out because that was when she had free... a few minutes later, the salon owner, Rosie called and wanted to know what they could do to help. She said they would give me shampoo or whatever I needed to get my hair right again. Ariana text later and asked if I could do only 1 week out and I said yes. Ariana ended up coming in on a day she would have normally not worked and toning my hair and styling it in under an hour! Unfortunately it didn't turn out the silver color she tried for but it is a nice shade of brown now that works and not orange. She also gave me a gift certificate for a free hair cut and the owner left shampoo for me. I really appreciate them addressing my issue with so much concern! I do love my new hair now! read more

Hannah gives the best ever facials you can ever have. She's so kind and really packs everything into the facial. She massages your neck and shoulders with hot stones. You will be leaving your facial loosey goosey relaxed and your face looking amazing. My fav is the dermabrasion. I've had facials other places and nothing compares to Hannah's. She also does the best pedicure you will ever get. She made my feet so smooth and looks years younger. She is so incredibly clean and since it's just one client at a time she has the time to clean the tub and instruments like she should. Other salons they have such a high turn over they don't do have time to clean like they should. I'm so glad I found trilogy and all the services they provide. Rosie does my hair and is amazing as well. My hair was so blah and lifeless until rosie started doing my hair. So kind. If my mom is by herself she will make sure she walks her to her car. I came here a few years back for Amanda and loved her! She'd done a beautiful balayage and cut. So five stars for that one! Recently, though, I had my hair botched pretty badly by another stylist at another salon. I had fairly long hair that was lightened for balayage/ombré but it left my hair in a very sad, dead, broken state. Previous stylist didn't do anything like what I'd asked & the bleach had left my hair uneven as well. No go. I went to Amanda because I knew she'd listen, give me advice and could help fix the damage. Even though I LOVED having long hair, I knew she'd have to cut off a few inches- and I'm really surprised at how much I love the new cut! Hands down my go-to place to get my hair done. Rosie Grimm is my "go-to-gal", and who I feel is family at this point. I have been seeing Rosie for approximately 8 years now, even after closing my shop in Morgan Hill. I will make the commute every time. She is sheer genius (no pun intended) with the scissors, and her color cannot be matched... trust me, I've wandered into the occasional alternate salon here and there only to be very sorry. Jeanie is AMAZING. I started going to her when I called around town asking for a body wave perm for my super straight, flat, long hair. Since then, we've done two perms, a dye, a trim, and a big chop of 16 inches! I asked for a blunt, funky super short cut with just enough to pull back for yoga- she went above and beyond what I thought was possible! Three months later, I'm still wild about it and the compliments from friends and coworkers are still streaming in! My perm comes through better now that it's short, and I have some sweet waves when I use a diffuser. Somehow, she figured out a way to give me the natural beach waves that I've been trying to get for the last decade! Not only are her haircuts amazing, but she is too. For a facial, NOBODY can compare to Hyon! I sometimes get treated to facials during work trips (sales meeting perks), and without exception, I end up disappointed with the other facials. Hyon checks out your skin to determine what she needs to do - hydration, microderm, etc., so that it is just right for you. It is very personalized. She also gives you an upper back/neck rub, foot and hand massage. She also does an AWESOME job on eyebrow waxing. I often get compliments on how nicely shaped my eyebrows are. Her prices are really good. You'll definitely want to tip more than you normally do because you'll feel like you got extra special service and attention. I really like the Trilogy Salon environment. I have been constantly trying to find a hairstylist that met my needs for a cut and color (I am very picky) Rosie was phenomenal! Color: I wanted something different but not too drastic and Rosie suggested a low light. I was fairly skeptial at first, but the color could not have came out better! Cut: To say the least my previous haircuts were woeful. I have either received a haircut at which 3" turned into 6", or an expensive haircut seemed to have no difference then when I walked into their salons. I'm visiting my mom from out of town, and she offered to treat me to a hydration facial with Hannah at Trilogy. My mom sees her frequently, and I'm not one to turn down a free spa service. It was amazing! Only $80 for a 75-minute facial?! You get SO MUCH! Hannah has terrific hands, and used them to massage my feet/calves and arms while treatments were setting on my face. There was even some hot stone on the arms/hands and shoulders/neck! My skin feels and looks so smooth, and at the end she not only handed me a take-home collagen mask to use in a week, she made sure to pencil my eyebrows back on. I typically see, Dalina but have had to cheat on her with a colleague on a few occasions, and was always taken care of. Dalina has worked with me on growing healthy locks, which I thought was hopeless. Over the course of a week, I called several times (during business hours). Each time, I got an answering machine. After visiting Hyon a few times and as she became busier she recommended me Hannah who is very precise and equally as nice. I was also in need of a new hair stylist at this time and because of my pleasant experience each visit to Trilogy, I thought I'd get my hair highlighted and cut there as well! It's so great to get everything done in one place! I was recommended to use Rosie she is the nicest and knows what she is doing! My cut and highlight looks great! Super excited to find a salon that has stylist who can cut curly hair! I have 2c/3a hair, and usually I have to drive to go to Oakland or Alameda to find someone who can cut mixed hair. I asked for a super short cut to help prepare me for getting a curly pixie cut in the future, and Ariana was more then willing to help. I am very with my haircut! I am new to Morgan Hill and desperately needed a haircut. It had been over six months, and my long hair was a mess of dry, dead ends. I made an appointment with Rosie, based off of other Yelp recommendations, and I'm so happy I did. The salon is in this shopping area of town that feels like a little alley of wellness and beauty businesses. It's a small salon, so it's not overwhelming, and the receptionist is very welcoming. I sat down in Rosie's chair and told her that I was looking for a short to medium cut. I talked it over with her, showed her a photo on my phone, and just let her get to it. She checked in with me a few time about the length (to make sure I didn't feel she was taking too much off), and she was a delight to talk to about the area and our experiences as new Californians.
