I had a gift card for about two years to Silverspot Cinemas where this restaurant is located. I figured why not use it now so I don't lose it. We were only offered seating outside. No one is allowed to sit inside due to Broward County regulations. I do not understand this since most if not all restaurants are open for inside seating with half capacity. Not Trilogy's fault but makes no sense to me. We had a lovely server named Jona. She offered some great suggestions and is very kind. We ordered some items off the happy hour menu. These included pretzel bites with beer cheese, crispy shrimp, margarita pizza and a cheese pizza. Oh wait, they call them flatbreads, not pizza. Seemed more like pizza to me. Anyway, the clear winner of the bunch was the crispy shrimp. They were fried just enough and had a zingy sauce served with them. The pretzel bites were sitting in a pool of oil at the bottom. Plus, they were super salty which took away from the taste of the beer cheese. Pretzel bites were nice and hot. Beer cheese somewhat hot. Beer cheese was ok. Cheese pizza was not cooked to my liking. I like a more brown, fully cooked cheese but it is a personal preference. My friend likes cheese less cooked than I do so it worked out. The margarita pizza had fresh tomatoes. I preferred it to the cheese pizza. We also ordered key lime pie for dessert. I also ordered one to take home. It comes in a cute container and the key lime pie was tasty. I am not even a huge key lime pie fan but this one is very fresh. I ordered two meals to take home. One is penne with garlic sauce, chicken, etc. The other is a cheeseburger and fry. I tasted both today. I preferred the pasta but I do not believe either of these are really great foods to take home, especially when eating them the next day. So, I don't think it is really fair to critique them. I did this to use up the gift card in it's entirety. The theatre reopens this Friday, 8/21/2020. read more

3/8/2018 - First, I love the fact that it is located inside the Silverspot Cinema. We decided to meet here earlier to grab a bite and then watch a movie. We ordered a bottle of Ca'Bolani, Pinot Grigio, 2016 ($24). To start we got the Bianca Flatbread, goat cheese, fig, arugula, pine nuts ($13). It dodn't say it on the menu but they add balsamic vinegar. We do not like any kind of vinegar so we had to send it back since it was impossible to dab it with a napkin. We tried. The flatbread is the perfect share portion. The flavors are on point and they do not skimp on the ingredients. Highly recommend. Also, we had the Grains & Greens Salad, kale, quinoa, dried cranberry, asparagus, honey ranch ($10) ADD CHICKEN ($5). We received both dishes inside the theater. The salad was full of chicken and plenty of the ingredients mentioned. It was a pretty big salad. Again, the ingredients worked well together. Super delicious salad! Can't wait to go back and try more of their dishes. We sat at the bar and received great service as well. read more

This restaurant is inside the entrance to the Silverspot Theater, so if you're looking to grab a bite before or after a movie it might be the place for you. The menu has entrees, (like salmon & chicken Alfredo,) sandwiches, (grilled chicken, crispy chicken, burgers,) a few different salads, flatbreads & appetizers. It also has a full drink menu with craft beers, wines, & specialty cocktails. It would also be a great place if you are looking for peace & quiet because there was absolutely nobody dining inside or on the outside patio for the hours I was there having lunch with my friends on a Tuesday afternoon! The server was attentive; but then again we were her only table for almost 2 hours! (The Theater was pretty dead during the afternoon as well.). Food was o.k., nothing spectacular. (We noticed afterwards that the movie concession counter had the same menu so you could order food there & bring it in to the movies.). My friend had the beet salad & she said it was just ok. Another friend had the pepperoni flatbread pizza & she said it was good; but nothing stood out. I had a grilled chicken sandwich & it was kind of dry. I substituted a side salad for the fries. (Side salad was a Caesar which was basically just a bowl of romaine lettuce with some Parmesan cheese on it....no Caesar dressing. They only had ranch or honey-mustard.). There are many other good restaurants in the Promenade Shopping Center, so my suggestion would be to eat at one of those & go see a movie after dining. read more

"New" Dinner & a Movie place, and it's close to home. Great! Let's go give it a try... Movie started at 9:30pm, we had reservations at the restaurant at 7:30pm. Plenty of time. As soon as we sat down we were asked if we were watching a movie, so they could make sure to get everything out in time for us not to miss it. We were also told we could bring whatever we wanted from the restaurant into the movie theatre, drinks, food... good deal! First thing we noticed was that our table was wobbly, so we moved to the next one... same problem. So, we were careful and got it to stay still most of the time. I started with a gin and basil drink. It was tasty, generous size, but really strong. I was not able to finish it. Between the burger and the Cuban sandwich, our server recommended the burger. Personally I would pass on this next time. Nothing special about it and the meat was lacking flavor. The truffle fries were good. My sister ordered one of their sandwiches and this looked really good. Perfectly pressed, melted cheese, and looked fresh. It came with fries, which were good, and she also ordered a side of mofongo (being from PR we HAD TO try it). It's not as my grandfather's mofongo but it was pretty good considering they are not from Puerto Rico. Only thing is that, just like my burger, it was bland. We had to add salt. For dessert they had a special of fried Oreos. I did not even look at the rest of the dessert menu as I know this is one of my sister's favorite things. So we ordered those. 5 come to the order, warm, and delicious. We took these to snack on during the movie, and even though the meal wasn't perfect, we did leave satisfied and willing to give them another try. You can tell they are new, and they try very hard to please, plus the restaurant is nice and comfortable. Really hope I can add one or more stars on my next visit. So I had stopped here for a quick bite before the movie. I wasn't sure what to order so I got the truffle mushroom flatbread. It came out on a cute paddle. I tasted my first bite and while it definitely had truffle oil, it lacked any other seasoning or flavor. The crust was cooked well though. All the restaurants in the Promenade had a wait time of 40 min to 1 1/2 hours, so we walked over to this restaurant to give it a try. There was no wait, we were seated immediately. We were asked if we were viewing a movie this evening, which we were not. We were a party of five. We had the pretzel bites with beer cheese. The beer cheese was so good. Also had the margarita pizza, hamburger, fish tacos chicken tenders with fries and a kitchen sink for dessert. The kitchen sink is a brownie with ice cream. Everyone at the table said their entree was tasty. I had a sample of the beer cheese, fries and the fish tacos. They all had a nice flavor. I have to say I was a bit nervous every when I sat down, and checked into Yelp for this place. They only have a handful of reviews giving them a three star rating. It made me wonder how good could the food be at a movie theatre. Thankfully I was pleasantly surprised. It was not gourmet, however it did taste good. Movie theatre food. High prices and mediocre dishes. Ordered a beer and a pepperoni pizza, nothing special. For some reason was priced $14 but was $10 on the bill. Don't ask me how, not too upset about it. The pizza is incredibly thin, almost looks like a child made it with shredded cheese and limited sauce. It wasn't terrible though, I wouldn't come back before a movie, I would go to the other restaurants in the Promenade. They are much better. read more

Took the family there last night because they answered all of our questions and concerns about COVID-19 precautions to our satisfaction. When we arrived, we were surprised to see how well they took care of their guests and how good their food is !! They have a Pasta dish called penne al fondo which is AMAZING! The waitress was very friendly and knowledgeable, the manager was polite and checked in on us and they even gave our kids some popcorn from the theatre when they heard us talking about how good it smelled! We didn't ask but the waitress overheard the kids and brought some right over. With other theaters closing due to COVID-19 we will do our part to keep this treasure open!! read more

We were asked if we were going to see movie, which is nice except if you're not and are honest about it, apparently your order is low priority and takes forever....I guess just being hungry isn't reason enough to be fed promptly. The pizza was actually pretty tasty, if smallish; same deal with the portobello burger...very tasty, actually. OuR waitress was honest about the key lime pie being frozen, so we skipped desert, but appreciated her forthright info. Two Thumbs up! I love the theatre and bar here but in the past avoided the restaurant just due to the prices being on the high side and the food not matching what you paid. However, we recently stopped in and gave it another go. I have to say I am glad we did! it was a much better experience all around and one that we thoroughly enjoyed. Trilogy Restaurant has revamped the menu and the prices. The food choices and the quality of food are both great and are offered at very reasonable prices. We tried the Beef Sliders, Chicken Tenders and the Flatbread Pizza. You could tell everything was fresh and made with good quality ingredients that all led to food that tasted great. They had many choices including a Lobster Roll that we will have to try next time! It is good to know that the entire experience of going to Silverspot is indeed a great Trilogy and makes for a perfect movie night (or day) out! You have the Theatre which is clean, looks and sounds great and is one of our favorite spots to see a movie. Second you have the bar with great drinks and the bartenders are always fun and friendly. Even when we are not seeing a movie, we just stop in for a drink and now great snack, We prefer the drinks here instead of that sugary , where is my alcohol place across the street know as Bar Louie's. Food is amazing. I have had the caprese sandwich a few times (my favorite ) and the lobster sandwich as well. Both are great. The cocktails are also delicious. You can eat at the bar, restaurant OR BRING IT INTO YOUR MOVIE!! Food comes on a special tray. Staff is always friendly!! Would love to give 5 stars but be warned, this place is VERY expensive!!!!! The Promenade has tons of restaurants to choose from. They vary from ok to amazing. Trilogy comes in closer to amazing. For a restaurant that's attached to a movie theater (Silverspot) you would think they wouldn't be so concerned with quality or flavor because they have what is essentially a captive audience but this isn't the case. I ordered the smokehouse mac & cheese and it was delightful! Every bite had a chunk of smoky meat and the mac and cheese was rich. The combination of smoked beef and cheese is always good but the dish ended up being outstanding. I felt a bit of guilt at the lack of veggies, I do try to eat healthy - but the mac & cheese was so filling that I ended up bringing some home. I wish it came with a side salad or veggie choice. Eating mac & cheese while watching the movie wasn't nearly as challenging as I thought it would be. I didn't end up wearing any and the cute box it was served in was easy to manage in the dark. The range of the menu pretty much guarantees that you will find something you like. The prices are average (pepperoni pizza $11) for a restaurant or exceptionally good if you consider it's in a movie theater where a small coke will typically cost you $6. If you're in the mood for good food and a movie, I highly recommend the Trilogy/Silverspot combo. read more

Grilled chicken sandwich was ok. Wine glasses are way over priced and make sure they remember to deliver your wine to you if you ordered off the app. Mine didn't come with my food and never made it until after I finished my meal I asked one of the food concessions cashiers about the baked pretzel appetizer. The Trilogy Restaurant sits in a combined building with the Silverspot Cinema. It makes having dinner and a movie very easy. The restaurant is very new and is really clean. I ordered the Cheeseburger and a Salad. The Cheeseburger was DELICIOUS! It was hot, full of flavor, tender and juicy. The Cheeseburger comes with: Lettuce, Tomatoes, Red Onions, a Soft Bun and the cheese of your choice (I chose Cheddar). The salad was just the right size and tasty. For dessert I had the Cheesecake Lollipops. This was a first for me...but it DEFINITELY won't be the last time I have them. It is such a convenient way to have a small amount of a dessert that I really enjoy. The Cheesecake Lollipop Tree comes with assorted cheesecake flavors. What I really liked was how the restaurant and the movie theater work together. If for some reason you would like to finish your meal inside the theater, you may do so. You will be provided with a tray that sits comfortably across your lap and works as a table. The tray connects in the cup holders to ensure that nothing falls. Ate there after a movie. Nice ambiance however food needs some work. Great menu so was excited however ordered chips with blue cheese fondue and the chips had a funny taste to them. French onion soup was ok. Mahi tacos came with 3 however the slaw on top was completely dry and had to order sauce on the side to make it worth eating. Husbands burger and fries where good. Can't comment on the food because we never ate. We never ate because we never sat down. We never sat down because on Monday afternoon in a restaurant with zero customers there was not one table that did not have ants all over it. Looking at the floor covered in food from the night before explains the ants. Hostess was the only employee and she tried to find a table free of ants then she gave up as well. Told use the menu is different Monday and Tuesday its not a full menu. Didn't explain ants and dirty floor. I guess it's s management problem. You don't close on Sunday night unless floors are mopped I would think. Too bad because my wife and I like to cut out restaurant ads that are listed in the paper and give them a try. I could have given it less stars as I am a believer in good service when dining out. There was one server but she had only 4 tables in addition to ours. She took our order and delivered our meals(which were ok but nothing special. She then disappeared forever. I finally went to the bar looking for our server and behold there she was, standing at the end of the bar doing nothing. Bartender sent her to our table with check and she apologized not only to us but to the other tables as well, they too were looking for checks to catch a movie. We sat down a little early for our movie and we had to wait about 15 min for a server to come. She took the order correctly and came with drinks very fast. The food came out and wasn't impressed at all. We tried the mini pork tacos couldn't even eat one tasted like chemicals. I got the mini hamburgers and my two daughters got hamburgers they were all very dry. The cheese sampler had hair in it as well. After other people brought our food to us our server never came back not once to even check on us. This isn't the first time this happened. We came here before and sat in the restaurant and our server disappeared the entire time we were eating. Came back at the end and gave me an attitude about us wanting to catch our movie on time. First, let me say that the problem wasn't with our food. What we ordered came out fine - when it finally came. A big problem since we had movie tickets and although we ordered in plenty of time the food took far too long and came out piecemeal. My friend got her platter well before her Caesar salad, which arrived undressed. Our server then brought her dressing which turned out to be ranch. My appetizer (a very good tuna tartare on crispy wontons) which was supposed to be one of their fastest dishes came out so late that I had to take it into the theater with me. I had to eat it in the dark since we missed all of the previews and barely sat before the film started. All of our checks got mixed up and some were charged the wrong amount. Our server was a very sweet girl and worked hard running back and forth trying to fix everything. The problem was with management - they need to properly train their staff. read more

When you walk into the restaurant its apparent that you are in the same building as the Silverspot Cinema (you immediately smell the popcorn as you enter the restaurant). This was a little unexpected and turned us off somewhat (mixing the aromas of popcorn with dinner wasn't too appealing). There was a nice bar area inside the restaurant. The menu offered a mix of several different types of food. The pizza and hamburgers were kind of expected, considering the Cinema location. Also offered were some Tex-Mex and Japanese dishes. The food was average as were the prices (most dishes were between $15 and $30). We had the steak frites (with an interesting fondue sauce for dipping), pasta bolognese (a special that day) and sesame crusted tuna. All of the dishes were ok (nothing spectacular), but not a bad value considering that most dishes were less than $25.00. I used to love this restaurant however the customer service is horrible. I arrived on Mothers Day (May 8, 2016 at 1:22 pm) and the restaurant had very few customers. I waited 10 minutes before anyone approached me. Finally the waitress came by (after walking past me several times) and I ordered a lemonade for my 3 year old. I asked if they could place the lemonade in a cup (as has been previously done at many other visits) but she told me I would need to go to the concession stand to purchase a cup.....ridiculous. Anyway, I waited another 25 minutes and she never returned. I then stopped her and asked for the bill for the lemonade. She then said it was "ok". I then told her that I wanted to order dinner but she had not returned. Her response was "ok". Then she said "well I assumed you were probably in the restaurant because you were waiting to watch a movie". Is she crazy, why would I ask for a menu if I had no plans of ordering. In any case, she should not have assumed that I was not planning on ordering food at a restaurant. Ridiculous. Horrible service. Inconsistent service and my money spends elsewhere. read more

I had dinner here recently and it was great!! the crabcake was awesome I had the BLT Lobster rollup sandwich and there was so much I had to share, the food is awesome!! The staff was also so great, very friendly and helpful! I would highly recommend eating here!! The only thing I can say negative was there was not enough signage on the building showing it was a restaurant, needs a sign on the parking lot side. read more
