Again, she would put me on hold and each time would drop after 25minutes. She finally said she could help me after the third time, asked my name and then said she would transfer me to her co worker and I am now on hold again and it's been another fifteen minutes. Instead of wasting both of our times please just communicate to your patients a better time to call opposed to them being on hold for an hour all over a phone call that normally would take five minutes.
