There is so much I appreciate about her, in our first meeting she did bring up the point of having the right doctor/patient match, which I did not read as a dislike of me but, an excellent way to start what is essentially a long term very personal relationship. I have seen Dr. Ghaderi several times the past year, every visit has been on time, comprehensive, helpful and ends with a plan and often a plan B as well. Adam was my doctor in my high school years, and when I moved back to the area, I knew who to go to when I was having some health issues. A real family doctor, he identified my dad's cancer, and supported him through the acute years of chemo after setting him up with a great oncologist. My dad is stable and healthy a decade later. He also treated my grandma (nonny) and came to the bedside of her hospice room during those last days of her long life, sharing stories, laughing with us. He's made a big positive impact on my family.

Instead of wasting both of our times please just communicate to your patients a better time to call opposed to them being on hold for an hour all over a phone call that normally would take five minutes.
