This is my go-to nail salon when I feel like shelling out a few extra bucks for some self care love. I have been here a few times and they really do offer great spa pedicures here but can run you close to $100 (before tip) or more if you decide to add gel on top of the spa pedicure. My husband also received a spa pedicure recently- clearly no polish and it was about $65 (before tip) With that said I only come here once in awhile. They easily give the best foot massages in the area and offer a ton of treatments outside of just manicures and pedicures. Comfortable chairs, plenty of parking, clean establishment and located right next to a froyo shop for a nice sweet treat after appointments. The ladies who work here are very nice and have always honored appointments on time. For the price, the nail polish could be applied a little bit cleaner but overall it's decent work. read more

I have given this nail salon several tries and they failed me every single time. The nail polish does not stay on for more than a week, both gel and powder. In addition, since getting my nails done at this salon, my nails are unhealthy. They are brittle and weak. This salon is money hungry and are over priced. Save yourself the time and do not go here. I specifically requested 3 regular pedicure $35 and they start confusing and distracting you with other types of pedicures. I didn't like that, felt a little violated with the prices. They ended up charging my husband $105 for a pedicure, and my daughter and I $65 for each of our pedicure. That's ridiculous. I will not return here again. Be careful when going. What a Lackluster experience on an empty Tuesday evening. For a $35.00 regular pedicure, I expect a high quality grooming with attention to detail and a relaxing experience. I arrived 10 mins early (which the receptionist made sure to point out), and waited in the seat until Casey was ready. She ended up running 15 mins behind my scheduled appt, but I was in no rush. From the moment she started working on my feet, I felt like she was running a marathon, sprinting to the finish line, and the salon was nowhere near closing time. Quickly filing/buffing/cutting my nails, almost barely spending a second on each toe. I pointed out areas that needed more attention, and she would quickly graze over it. The pedicure was done in 20 mins. 2 stars because she did give a nice massage on my feet and back, and while that was nice, I really just wanted a good quality pedicure. Nothing was offered to me while I waited in my chair---no water, champagne, or even a magazine. The receptionist was unfriendly from the moment I walked in, assigning me to have a seat and getting annoyed when I told her I brought my own color. All in all, this place does not warrant the price. Money hungry over being service oriented, and unwilling to provide a good enough service to justify it. read more

I would not recommend this place. They have regularly tried to charge me more on services I didn't want and I have run into some issues with an employee- very rude. She talks behind your back in another language and laughs. Grace is especially not a kind person. Go somewhere else. read more

This place is gorgeous and so relaxing. They use reflexology techniques when massaging you during a pedicure and I have never left a salon OR SPA more relaxed! It is very pricey however. The place is aesthetically very pleasant but the service leaves a lot to be desired. My girlfriend and I left feeling ripped off. We paid a total of $220 for a gel mani/pedi that was very poorly done. I spoke to the manager about our terrible experience, especially with one of the rude technicians that came close to cutting my nail skin and left part of my nails unpainted. The manager did not show any care for my concerns and left me feeling really upset and disappointed with our experience on my Birthday. . NEVER again will I go back to this place. For anyone considering this place, reviews do matter, so please pay attention to them. I wish I had done it myself. read more

Such a shame, this was my go to spot but they really have fell off. The tech I used to go to left and most of the old crew. Very disappointing. The quality is just not there anymore. For the price, I expect good quality gel nails. The cleanliness has gone down. They used the same dirty nail file on me that had old nail dust. U can tell the tools are not not clean after every person. If they get better I would go back but for now I will be trying a different place. read more

Extremely disappointed in Trillium. I spent $237.00 NOT including tip and got a $20 quality gel fill and a $5 quality pedicure! I have been wanting to go there for years; finally, last week I treated myself and my daughter to a mani/pedi, I got a gel fill and spa pedicure. The woman i had rushed through both my pedicure and gel fill. She barely massaged my feet, did a rush job exfoliating my heels and feet; Put so little gel on my nails that one nail literately flexes back and forth because the lack of gel on it, over filed my nails so much that I now have extremely narrow nails that I need to get new gel put on, and she did a horrible job on my cuticles. I asked for silver glitter on my tips, which I was grossly charged $20 for, got a little brushing of multicolor glitter after I told her I wanted silver, I even showed her a picture of how I wanted them to look. My daughter got a gel mani and regular pedicure. Her nails are all chipped as well. I could understand the need to rush if the place were crowded however there were only 3 customers, 2 being us. They are over charging their customers because that is the only way they can afford to pay rent for a location they have no business being in because the quality of their work does not stand up to the location, they are in. Tried to give this place a try. 3 chances actually. First, visit they filed my nail down ward which was weird and also ripped the skin under the nail on two of my fingers (hurt to cook for a few days) 2nd went for a quick polish change they charged me $40 & didn't even cut my cuticles! I was looking for a really clean place to go get my nails done during a pandemic. I called and made an appointment for a regular mani/pedi. When I arrived, they seated us right away. Really great nail color options. The entire place is just so nice, clean, and organized. They have the plexi glasses too for extra safety measures. All the tools they used were completely brand new and they throw it away after they use it in you. They wore gloves, and the pedicure stations were all clean and lined too. The staff were wearing double masks, which was something I was super impressed with! I got a green tea pedicure and it was so nice. My manicure came out lovely. They did 3 coats and a top coat and it dried so fast I am shocked. Never have I gotten 3 coats anywhere and it has dried this well. My first experience was meh...great pedicure, but so/so THICK power manicure from a new tech (forgot his name). Loved this place the first time I went. Plush, peaceful spa environment, had an amazing gel manicure. Jenny was the nail tech and she was lovely. They offer coffee, tea, champagne or red wine complimentary during your service which is a nice touch. Beautiful interior, great location. The lovely woman at the front desk was kind enough to give me a 20% off discount card so that I would return to the spa for another service which I think is really generous and it's a smart business tactic. 2nd visit was on a Monday evening and I wanted a gel manicure and pedicure. Minh (sp) was the owner and offered to do both of my services. I enjoyed speaking with her during our service about our common background with Estée Lauder and Bobbi Brown. She was quite lovely and told me about her business. After the gel manicure I was taken over to the pedicure area and seated in a chair with my feet in the water. After a few minutes she came back over and told me that they would not have time after all to do my pedicure which was certainly disappointing but they had several people out sick that day so I understood. I wanted to use my 20% off on both services so I asked her if when I came back the next time she would honor the discount and she said yes she would add it to my profile in their clients system. I returned yesterday afternoon to get a gel manicure. Jenny was my nail tech again and she was pleasant. When I went to pay it was the same young woman who runs the front desk who would giving me the discount card. I asked her if I could use the discount and explain to her the situation on my previous visit but the owner was not there that day and she told me there was nothing in my profile and I would have to pay full price. $50 for a gel manicure? Wait what....... that was shocking in and of itself but would really bothered me was she was the girl that gave me the discount card originally and it's only been a few weeks. How do you not at least try to accommodate new clients for the potential of becoming a return client? Very disappointing to say the least. I literally live right next to this place and it says walk-in welcome in the door. When I walk in they complain about making an appointment. The last time I went in, the woman who did my manicure basically demanded me for her tip at that very moment. It really rubbed some the wrong way because you don't do that. They carry this organic polish that I've never seen anywhere else. it's a couple of dollars more and lasts so much longer then the regular and way better for your nails then the acrylic . I went back to the salon, and all they said was: we don't give warranty on regular manicures. I think it's probably an old nail polish and/or a bad technician.
