The check-in and return process was very smooth. The second was this weekend when I rented a 5x9 trailer to pick up a pallet of equipment. The clerk checked me in first thing in the morning and even got me on the road just before they were scheduled to open. They were gracious in letting me return the equipment at a time that was convenient to me the following day - rather than rigidly adhering to the rental schedule. The inside is laid out well, the lot is clean, and the trucks and equipment are arranged in a way that makes it easy to hook up and maneuver.

I rented a storage…read moreunit to store our van for a week. i paid the monthly rate plus extra$50 for late gate access. when i couldnt get in gate i went to office next day and demanded refund. they said ok . approx. 2 weeks no refund when i contacted them they issued a $50 refund but instead it was an additional charge then they tried issuing the balance refund and again charged me an additional charge total incompetence and they never reached out to me it was me getting ah0old of them 6 months later still no refund
