Regus is a miserable company-- STAY AWAY. Do not be fooled by the nice reception area. I should…read morehave realized all was not well, when my husband and I waited in the reception area and a staff member ignored us (we thought she was a client using the breakroom, but she was an employee). Run-- do not walk-- away from signing ANY contracts with Regus. The Area Sales Manager, Josefine Pokhias, will reel you in with charm, and you are then absolutely stuck and trapped. After my husband and I signed the contract, we thought better of it weeks before the lease term began, but could NOT get the contract terminated. I did an online review of Regus (too late!), and this is how they operate. We are stuck paying for this contract even thought we are not using the service. There is no way out either-- conferring with our lawyer, we learned that the contract is a "gotcha" contract of the worst kind. Appealing to the Lead Community Manager, Jill Dayton, did no good whatsoever.

This is the worst experience I have ever had with a business in my life and it's not even close. I…read moreexperienced multiple significant billing errors, no one willing to help or take accountability and then months and months of harassing emails, phone calls and voice mails. It was shocking and if I had more time and money, I would have hired a lawyer. This company is a completely unprofessional mess. It started with talking to a few different sales people while looking for a simple, small office. Their sales system felt like buying a used car. The approach is pretty much, how much are you willing to pay for this office? At first I was impressed as the Regus building and offices in Barkley Village were quite nice. The first sign of trouble though was when I got a $1700 charge on my credit card from Regus despite the fact that I was all up-to-date on money owed. I showed a Regus rep my statement that made it clear I was up-to-date and asked to get a credit asap. They indicated it could be a little slow in getting the refund as their help desk was busy. After a few weeks of further follow up but no action, the office manager at Regus Barkley said I could try to go through a manager named Ashley Hoon at the Regus office Bellevue, WA, but warned me she was usually unresponsive. Turns out it was well over a month and many attempts before getting the $1700 back . After that first billing error, I soon got hit with more erroneous charges. Not only did I have trouble getting the charges taken off again but they kept hounding me with emails, phone calls and voice mails. Before long I was threatened with a collection agency, all because of their mistakes. This was incompetence and indifference the likes of which I have never seen in my life. To stop even more erroneous charges, I ultimately had to shut down my credit card as they kept charging me and there was no way to remove the card from their account management website. Then I had to go through the trouble of resetting my card information with like 20 other companies who I use it with. The whole experience was a nightmare. If you are looking for office space or co-working space seek any other option besides Regus. Avoid, avoid, avoid!
