Their "security guard" sits at our apartment complex in a silver Jeep while construction is being completed on the final two buildings. He has repeatedly threatened myself and my boyfriend with arrest and/or calling the police on us while walking our dogs around OUR OWN COMPLEX at night. When we asked for his name or badge number, he said "as far as you know, it's Mr. Security Guard". Since I don't know this dude's name, he's a tall lanky guy with red hair...so that should narrow it down. When we asked to speak to his supervisor, who he called immediately when I walked over to speak with him after he threatened to arrest my boyfriend, he said in a very snide tone "yeah right, like I'd hand you my phone". He also refused to provide me with a supervisor's name so that I could call them myself. My boyfriend took a picture of him and his car for proof of what was happening, and he incorrectly informed my boyfriend that it was "illegal" to take a photo of him or record the incident. As we drove back to our apartment, he got in his car and followed us in a threatening manner, stating repeatedly "I know where you live". For the record, the construction company, our apartment complex AND the Charleston Police have spoken with this individual multiple times and have had numerous complaints about his threatening and aggressive behavior. All three entities have given us permission to walk our dogs wherever we want, but he has refused to leave us alone. Good luck keeping your job after this incident, jerk. read more
