We decided to use a different company, then we came back and requested their assistance for a move-out cleaning. After "confirming" our information (phone and address), they changed their quote-- first going from $140 to $170, then asked what entailed an "upcharge," they came back and quoted us $250, stating we had a large house and required a heavy clean-- our house would be empty as we're moving out, and it's only 4 years old-- 3 bed, 2.5 bath, 1,530 square feet. There are no big damages and no messes, of three bedrooms, one is unused and the other is a small office outside of the main bedroom, and we have no kids, only two dogs. They stated our house would be dusty after we spot-paint some spots that needed care. So the up-charge was crazy and the change in energy after we thought about using them wasn't anticipated.
