When his crew had a broken van, Rajay promptly called us and rescheduled the work. His men were also very professional, did an excellent job and completed the work on time. Since we live about an hour away from the rental property, Rajay sent us pictures of the ongoing/completed work periodically to keep us posted. He was readily available for consultation, whenever needed and very flexible to make some adjustments in the work. He also provided the necessary warranty. We are completely satisfied with the high level of performance, reliability, quality, and value of his service.

Description of work: I live in a building with severe leaks and a landlord that does all he can to avoid dealing with the problems...mold started to become visible on the wall and I decided it was time to call a specialist to come by....due to conflicts of interest with other companies near me, I chose to go out of my area and found Rajay... He didn't just reply once but he replied several times with various info.... Rajay's concern for my health and well being is beyond explanation... He came and did a full mold inspection and got me results that are forcing the landlord to address the seriousness of the problem.... I actually have to admit, I enjoyed my time with Rajay who came to my house as a mold specialist but left as a friend...

I liked his professional demeanor, and we quickly agreed on a day and time. His respectful and professional demeanor, combined with his thoughtful, detailed, and clean work ethic, made him stand out from all other contractors I've dealt with in my 23 years in this Central Jersey town. I was days away from having my first child when our 2,500 sqft basement flooded. The R360 team was able to immediately respond, put a plan into action, and start work all within the same day. Work was able to continue when my wife went into labor and when we arrived home from the hospital, everything was taken care of and in absolute perfect condition. The cleanup and drying equipment they use is state of the art and the care they provide for your house while conducting business is second to none... heavy duty flooring protection to move equipment through the house, corner protectors, raising up furniture on waterproof blocks to get them out of the water ASAP, etc. On top of the excellent service they provided for the core flooding issue, dealing with them was an absolute pleasure. They answered calls and texts, provided frequent updates, helped with insurance related questions and provided proper and detailed documentation for insurance and even interfaced with insurance directly when needed. This was a PAINLESS process for a pain in the *** issue and I can't thank Joe and the team enough! You will not regret picking up the phone now and calling R360 to get this process started.

If only we could give 0 stars in the review. The destruction that I was left with when I sought the repair of a clog in a second floor bathroom was epic. It took 8 days to find and remove the clog. Late or no shows was a common occurrence. I was never able to get a description of the problem, the scope of work to be done, not even an estimate. The rudeness and lack of information was a concern right from the beginning. They tore out a beautiful 100+year old oak and mahogany floor that was not even damaged. Throughout the process the company reps kept insisting that we do not discuss with our insurance company and now we know why. The job is inaccurately described. The work was not done and they demanded that the insurance company only deal with Restoration 360. We finally refused to allow them access and have had to hire other providers to finish the job. It is now 6 weeks later and still not finished.
