A $59.00 bilge pump. He charged me $730.00 but he said he was giving me a deal 10 % off for the month of February so my bill was $677.00 He started the boat and went over everything. Kai called me and said the carburetor needed to be rebuilt. I said that's funny I started it up 3 weeks prior without any problems and the carburetor was fine. Right away he said oh let me go back out and check it a little further. At that point I should have just picked it up knowingly he was trying to rip me off. I hate when companies steal from customers. Customer's are the people paying your bills. It's honestly, loyalty and word-of-mouth that brings in business. I Recommend if you don't wanna get ripped off take it to someone that's honest. This place is far from that!! So Kai charged for service of $400. To do an oils change, fuel filter and to replace a bilge pump. Honestly what mechanic takes 2 1/2 hours to do simple work. I'm posting my receipt to show you how they rip people off.

We were having power issues after installing brand new batteries and were assuming our alternator was bad. While they agreed that probably was the case, they were trustworthy enough to diagnose the situation and actually find the problem elsewhere in the isolator. Really appreciate that they did their job in finding an issue rather than just assuming the problem and doing a hack fix. We had an excellent day out with no problems just days later! There aren't too many inboard/mercruiser mechanics in the OC area and I'm glad we went here and had them work on our boat. Take the bad reviews with a grain of salt and give them a chance like we did. We will definitely be back and highly recommend their service!

I downed sized from a 26' CC and was worried about channel crossings and how a 21' boat would handle it. This little boat handles our local waters better than my 26'! Boat feels like a much larger boat and cuts through chop like a knife. The swim platforms on the stern really make this a great boat at anchor. We go to EBay and other coves often and drop the anchor for a fun day. These swim platforms add extra deck space when on the hook, great place to sit with feet in the water. Also nice for diving, great platform to throw fins, mask and gear on when coming out of the water. Boat is a Swiss Army knife and does just about everything on the water very well. I am now a Grady White customer for life!!
