I am writing this after actually living with this loan for over a year, because I wish someone had…read moreexplained this to me before I signed. I bought a used 2018 Nissan Rogue from Drive Casa in May 2024. At the time, I needed a car quickly for work and did not fully understand how expensive the financing really was. Here is the reality in simple terms: * $2,000 down payment * About $11,700 paid so far in monthly payments * Only about $4,600 of that went toward the car * Over $7,000 went to interest and fees * As of December 2025, I still owe almost $14,000 * The interest rate is around 22 percent * The contract now ends September 2028 That means I have paid almost $14,000 total and the balance barely moved. This is how high interest loans work. Most of your payment goes to the lender first, not the car. I am not saying this is illegal. I am saying it is very easy to agree to something you do not fully understand, especially if you are young, stressed, or need a car fast. Please read this if you are considering buying here: * Do not focus only on the monthly payment. Ask for the total amount you will pay over the life of the loan. * Ask for the interest rate and write it down. If it is over 20 percent, understand you will pay thousands extra. * Google the value of the car yourself before agreeing. * Get everything in writing and do not feel rushed. * Use an online loan calculator or even ChatGPT to check if the deal makes sense. One more important thing. Drive Casa offers Collateral Protection Insurance, but this is not the same as legal car insurance in Texas. You still need separate liability coverage. This was not clearly explained to me before I drove off the lot, which could have resulted in tickets or impoundment if I had not followed up. Some staff were kind and professional, and I do not think everyone there has bad intentions. But the process is confusing, rushed, and not transparent enough for such a major purchase. I am sharing this so others do not end up paying thousands in interest without fully realizing what they signed up for. If you buy here, slow down, ask hard questions, and do not be afraid to walk away.

Lots of waiting room seats, but no outlets near the tables. I knew I'd be there a while, no big deal. At least have some spots for me to plug the computer in. The service was good. Great communication. No real complaints. It took about 3 hours for 30K scheduled service.

Furthermore, the interaction with the lady who drove my car in the area for me to take home demonstrated a lack of basic courtesy and proper communication. Her abrupt departure without acknowledging my presence or offering any assistance as to how to get the door to open conveys a disregard for customer satisfaction. Additionally, whoever disconnected my video camera without consent and failed to reconnect it properly raised concerns about the handling of customers' vehicles and attention to detail. Moreover, the confusion surrounding the garage door and the lack of proactive assistance in facilitating my exit from the premises indicate a lack of efficient operations and customer-centric service delivery. Overall, my experience reveals a systemic issue within this Toyota of Fort Worth regarding communication, professionalism, attention to detail, and prioritizing customer needs. I won't be going back there for my car to be serviced after this distasteful experience. Hopefully, you all have a better experience than I did.
